Ugh, still tmi, lol. Will have to do a tiny 3rd part!
It doesn't matter how you mark your video/live stream because nothing happens to guys that record and re-post it. Even a tube site that is showing a video that was created/uploaded without permission (and also lacks required 2257 info), doesn't get in trouble! If the owner of the vid goes thru the effort to point that out, all the tube sites do is pull the video down. Even worse, cam sites claim ownership of anything you do on their site, so unless THEY request content be pulled, you may not be able to do anything about it.
As for privacy issues... models should not be doing or saying anything on video that involves personal details of their lives. This forum is full of posts where privacy issues ON HERE were a much bigger concern to women.
As the IRS has things now, cam models are treated as independant contractors and get a 1099-MISC for every year (or should), so from that stand point creating an LLC to work as/under isn't a bad idea since you don't have to give your SSN, just tax ID for the "company."
On a side note, things may get worse as large content producers move from trying to stop/limit the stolen content that gets posted and instead try to monetize it! This is done now by having a stolen video replaced with a short promo version and link to buy the full length one
It isn't about what the guy pays, it's about how much a model should be making for giving-up her time like that. Not like she can really do other things while on the phone and I suspect most guys will want the dirty talk, or worse, wanting personal details (as if the model was just being a friend or potential GF, lol).
Cam models already have to deal with guys finding them thru white labels that look like dating sites, so removing any kind of worker/wanker relationship would make things even worse (all while giving away a premium form of contact).
WTF?
Guarenteed published doesn't even mean anything... Unless you have something in writing that says you will get x number of pages/images in y number of issues, don't do it. Even then, do your homework on this "magazine" by at least asking for a sample copy, and if you can't find it in stores or online (on a site other than their own), it's not really a magazine (just a fancy newsletter, lol).
If they want to work with you then your "established" enough for them without having to do free stuff.
I'm affraid to ask if these are nude shoots
How did they find you (site) and what images did they see (amature/professional)?
AND you will pay for travel... *sigh*
I think you should listen to your photographer friend.
Oh, they have, but there is still no legal footing. technically, a model on cam is "user submitted" but 2257 is still required (Really? a video back-up of a live performance that no one is supposed to be recording/distributing in the first place?) and cam sites have legal claim of ownership (which keeps cam models from issuing dmca take-downs on their own). But, you also have sites like YouTube where an uploaded clip can be pulled, or never listed, if the audio track is found in the database of copyrighted works!
Because the people that download illegal captures "were never going to pay for it" and cam site don't seem to be hurting, taking legal action on a larger scale requires a different apporach. Thing is, 2257 really doesn't work because you can't just send-off some kind of claim or report. See an image that is clearly child pornography, and the FBI/prosecutors will take action under "child pornography." See adult content being posted without 2257 complience... um... yeah, who the fuck cares! The FBI does a spot check, or used too, but even then your only in trouble for not having your records in order you'd still have some time to get things in order.
And yes, being offshore means no FBI raid, and not being able to get them for tax evation.
Wonder how they could be procecuted for black market/counterfeitting?
I'd be interested to know how different cam sites/3rd party payment systems deal with the whole chargeback issue. Not really when a guys wife is calling to find out who the hell "epf term" is and why they charged $300 to the credit card, lol, but what different places might do that discurages false claims... maybe saying that the money has to be sent by check to the cardholders address, or mention how a high rate of such chargebacks can get an account (not just the card number) blacklisted from online use.
I know fighting such claims would require more staff and better training (and a larger set of balls, lol), but to many times cam sites just roll-over and let it happen (which makes me think that 10-15% of what they bring in is set-aside as "chargeback insurance").
It isn't easy for most people to explore or even understand their own sexual... desires, and while it might be hard for a guy to tell his wife that he wants to do her the naughty way, ya know, *shhh* "in the pooper," it is a lot easier to talk about it with a woman that can't actually hurt him in real life, and is also not likely to reject him or his ideas (because she is on cam and he is paying her).
Having said that, the line between odd fantasy and confession is rather thin. Sharing an idea is not the same as acting on it but it should still feel like just that, an idea. Wanting to have a sexual encounter with a co-worker seems ok to most people, but wanting that with an ADULT member of the family feels creepy (even if it just points to a lack of socialization and maturity).
For a guy to talk about actually doing something with a minor, in his family or not, is cleary more than asking a model to dress-up like a school girl or wanting to be called daddy. Yes, the whole "daddy" thing is uncomfortably acceptable as humor these days, but I see it as an "acting-upward" event. It's how the guy wants to be treated, how he needs to feel (ugh, or the whole needed to feel loved which means cam models should have minors in psychology, lol). When the focus is on the child, it becomes an "acting-down" event where the focus is on doing, not receiving. Not only should these chats be reported, but cam sites should have a clear policy on how to respond to such reports.
Are cam sites, or even the models, liable if a guy actually is harming a child? It seems like any report of molestation is followed with details on lots of child porn material being recovered, but never a mention of the guy visiting a cam site. If I had to guess, I'd say there were two types: the really sick ones that are acting-out and suffer from obsessive behavior (which a lifetime in jail wouldn't cure...), and the ones that are trying to fill a need in their life by taking advantage of children and would likely feel remorse and shame later on. Ugh... I'm thinking out loud, so forgive me, but this second group might be split even further between the ones that are so fearful of being caught they don't continue doing it, and the ones that WILL continue to do it because they feel there is nothing left to lose.
Not sure where I was going with any of this, but regardless of what a guys motives are, if they talk about it as an act that has happened, or will happen, it's something law enforcement and a prosecutor can act on, and the model and cam site need to be reporting that.
Ugh... reads like a scam. In one breath he talks about paying well for a cam show and in the next says they could always just grab them for free. If they REALLY wanted to pay you for a recording (that will be posted/shared with the world), he can take his ass into a private session and pay you that way. BUT, everything else aside, this one little note on that site sums it all up:
Note: We recently increased the upload limits on the OCC forums.
From now on newer BIG videos can be posted there.
Oh really!
I'm all for a slow pace, but what often ruins it (for the models and members) is when guys pay for a private session and the model is on another site, holding out for a private there. Perhaps the best advice would be to make sure you are giving the guy all your attention. As long as your interacting, he won't have an instant "flight" response, lol.
Lots of guys enter a private session... already fluffed :p but the serious guys, the ones that are regular, or at least part-time spenders, want that private tease. Odd as it might seem, the idea of going private and having a woman that your attracted too just fling herself back, spread eagle, and finger-bang herself like there is no tomorrow isn't sexy at all.
A strip tease doesn't have to be slow to avoid being naked... you can have your top half off giving a glimps of nipple from time to time, and as noted, moving the cam to show off your legs or something (basically doing a mini tease). I think models need to have an extra outfit or two for privates, something to put on that they don't wear in public chat (guys do like to see a woman getting dressed, so think about your b/f sitting on the edge of the bed, waiting for a night out, and make his balls a little blue, lol).
Not sure if any models have done make-up sessions... I tried it (as a member) many years ago and even though I never even touched myself, it's something I still remember. The key is that whole getting ready to go out thing, and the more it feels like your talking to the guy as if actually going out, or really, actually know him, so the conversation is more natural.
I feel like I should mention this, but lots of models get "toy use" wrong! If you can ride it while sitting-up on the bed, don't zoom all the way in because seeing you "on top" is the best part. As long as we can see the dildo magically vanish and re-apear, we kind of know what is going on. I'm also a fan of the dress shirt, fully unbuttoned, but still on. When your on your back trying to squeeze the BlackJack9000 in as far as it will go, keep in mind that it is probably blocking the view. And showing ass is nice, but if you have any boobs at all, please pose so there is lots of side boob (and under boob). If you finger/toy like that, press your face into the bed as well... get that "just had sex" hairstyle going
Moaning, slow gasps of air, and heavy breathing near the end... ya know, stuff that happens when the sex is good, is just as important as anything you do visually.
hmmm, I feel like I am giving something away, but if your on a laptop and can move it around (built-in cam or not), for special sessions I recommend some cuddle time. Put the cam near the edge of the SIDE of the bed, and climb onto a body pillow, still naked (and hopefully a little shine from the great effort you put into it), where your on the opposite side. Talk about how you will sleep well tonight, how "this" makes all of the other time working on cam worth while, etc.
Point is, you don't have to stall if your doing things to make the show better, and being sensual/erotic is something guys don't really get to see in videos, so play that up!
I'd say 12-14 min for guys that just do their thing and leave, and 18 min or more for the ones that stay in private while they "clean-up" after themselves. I can't even watch a 35-40min porn video without "skipping thru it," lol. But then, those are never done well, and shouldn't be so long in the first place.
