Doees your disappear evenly? I stopped doing restylane because it never dissipated evenly, it would fade alot faster on one side of my face than the other...grahh.
I really would love to see what sort of answers you get=)

I never had fillers but i'm looking into getting my eyes done too. From what i've read online, Sculptra can be used under the eye and it's suppose to last up to 2 years.

Maybe fat injections would be better.

Damn! 3 weeks? You poor thing. Mine lasted about a year under my eyes although I can't get resty in my lips because I metabolize it in a few weeks. So basically by the time my bruising is finally gone, so is the resty. However Juvederm (not even the plus) lasts 6 months + in my lips.

How much did it cost you guys to get your eyes done?

Scuptra isn't meant for around the eye it takes up to a year for sculptras effect to show as it takes up to a year for the body to buid the collagen. It was originally for aides patients who had facial wasting. Restallyne will last if injected properly I am 8 months out with mine and it's just strarting to look like I need more. I've been to some doctors were it was gone like immediately. I guess it depends how deep they inject it as I believe it's not supposed to be injected deep.

I think I have your answer.

Take 40 to 80mg of bilberry fruit extract three times a day to strengthen blood vessels and combat dark circles from under the eyes. Bilberry contains anthocyanosides which strengthen the capillary walls, reduce inflammation and help to stabilize collagen in the skin. In addition to helping with dark circles, bilberry can improve night vision as well as treat and prevent macular degeneration and cataracts.

You can do Radiesse under the eyes, although some doctors won't do it, others will. Radiesse is completely different from Sculptra, Juvederm, Restylane, there's another major one I can't remember the name of at the moment, but those are all hyaluronic acid fillers, while Radiesse is something else entirely, I think encapsulated calcium or something like that. I use two different injectors here in Dallas, and one is the national injector for Medicis, the company that makes these fillers as well as Botox. She actually travels all over the U.S. training doctors on injection techniques. She's the one who told me that yes you canput Radiesse under your eyes.

i would never put radiesse under my eyes. ever. ever. ever. the very idea is a bit horrifying. radiesse is HARD.
teaze, is your injection undercorrecting you? that is a bit weird to not get even a month out of it, though i sometimes feel like i peak very quickly as well (which is why i don't believe in exercise). i've never used restylane but have been pleased with the juvederm xc for lips and undereyes. i would never pay 750 per syringe though. for that price, you might want to start considering lip implants.

I've never used anything directly under my eyes, however, I have had two different derms who know how to use botox to minimize fine lines under eyes. It doesn't last more than 3 months, but I've never had problems, bruising or any other problems. Not all derms will do it, but it looks natural while it lasts.
Six months ago, due to a hospital stay, I gained and lost 20 lbs in a week and I'm 5'2". I wasn't able to exercise at all during this time. Hence, loose skin and loss of volume in my face. Since then, I've been able to gain some of that weight back and I have my muscle tone almost what it was. But to help my face, I got radiesse in my cheeks and I am so pleased! A custy was teasing me the other night and said I could pass for 12!! (I know, kinda gross, but it was a compliment put in a weird context).

yay radiesse i love it so much

If you exercise a lot or have a very fast metabolism it doesn't last as long. I like radiesse, it lasts much longer, and I inject them myself - much cheaper! $249/syringe that I reuse because I don't use the whole thing. So one syringe could last me up to a year as I don't use a whole lot per injection. I use it to plump up my face in areas where I think are deeper and to look cute/young. Guys think I'm 18! Radiesse is supposed to last 15 months or something like that in a normal person. Prob for you it would be 2-3 months.

I've had Restylane and Juverderm done but both times they didn't last that long, like maybe a month so it was a total waste of money. I told this to the doctor when I returned and she said that was because I excercise so much that it breaks down faster, so I'm not sure with what to do next...

I wouldn't keep wasting your $$$. Research and see if you can get artefill in the areas you need or if fat transfers will last longer. I got Juvederm in my lips twice and my results were completely gone in less than a month.![]()

I get it off this website. I dont need to use the whole syringe I only have a few problem areas. Then when it dissapates over 3 months or less I inject it again. (I have a fast metabolism and I exercise a lot so these things don't last long in me either). If you are interested, PM me for the website. It costs about $250 for radiesse. I used to pay an arm and a leg to get it injected at the doctor's office, but I find that I can do an even better job because he was always so damn conservative and didn't want to "over inject".
I am not really afraid of needles so I don't mind. I don't reuse the syringes either. One vial can last me like a year or so as a result.
