Thumbs down Faulty Shoes to Fix or Trash?

So, I bought some shoes from snaz75.com (shoes pictured below) and as soon as they arrived I threw them in my bag for work that evening. When I put them on, they were ill fitting but I thought my feet just needed to get used to them… That was not the case!

It seems to me that the upper strap on the shoes is way too loose, they do not even hold onto my feet. I could not even wear them for the rest of my shift as they were slipping off and I nearly fell on stage. Not good

I know I cannot return them now, since they are worn. My question is if it is possible for me to take them in to a shoe repair place and have them somehow tighten the top strap? I don’t want to be out money on a pair of faulty shoes I just bought. Ugh, I don’t know what to do. Has this ever happened to you?

Just sell them for ten dollars less that you bought them and buy new ones. I don't think the show store will fix them. There are shoe inserts that someone posted recently that look promising for feet that slide and cause claw toe.

Take them to a repair shop and ask. Otherwise jsut sell them.

If they're defective, worn or not, you should at the very least get a replacement pair, wtf. I am so sick of paying for lousy products, & worse, eating the cost.
If they refuse or don't answer, get in touch w http://bbb.org From what I've been hearing, they've been having tons of probs., not shipping goods etc.
