Our CS team is actually really great. They track all phone calls throughout the day and keep records of call wait times, missed calls, dropped calls, etc to make sure we offer the best support possible.
I'm sorry to hear about the shipping situation in Canada. We do have expedited shipping options available, and while Payoneer does not charge for them we do require that you pay the shipping fee.
Letting CS know that you're interested in such an option is your best bet, and they will explain to you exactly what you need to do.
