The same person shortly after made a post....''why would he want o play for that team he is broken down player he can make more money somewhere else it makes no sense''

NO punctuation....wrong sentence structure...typos.... yet he tells me to learn English?
grammar nazis in general piss me off. I'm good for the most part, I know the difference between "who" and "whom". I know how to correctly conjugate verbs. I don't say things like "there's a lot of cars!". I can even explain when to use a semicolon, but GODDAMNIT if I'm writing a quick message to a friend and accidentally type "your going to be there at 8 right?" I don't want to hear your shit!

    Duh Re: pet peeves

    Bringing this one back!

Wondering why I had so MANY freakin' ANTS, (besides the weather), after buying like 4 boxes of ant traps (some with 8 per pkg)..
My next door neighbors have like their entire under deck area filled w/trash bags! I know for a fact that many of said bags are filled w/pop cans, most likely not rinsed out, hence the antswtf..turn 'em in already, ugh!

The loitering that goes on at Starbucks. Starbucks is a business. There's way too many people in there who sit there for like 3 hours using the wifi and don't buy anything. And will ask for free water nevertheless. I walk into my local Starbucks pretty often and walk right out because there is no place to sit and will notice like a fourth of the patrons in there don't seem to have bought anything. Starbucks should really think about a voucher system to keep the loitering down. I'm just gonna assume I'm not the only person who's taken their business elsewhere because of it.

I used to work at starbucks and actually you have to have an activated starbucks card to use the wifi and have at least 5 dollars on it and have used it within a certain period of time. starbucks follows this policy called the "just say yes" policy which means you HAVE to let customers do whatever the fuck they want when they're there since they're paying 3-4 dollars for a latte and 3-4 dollars for a shitty pastry. it's REALLY stupid, but they're a multi billion dollar corporation so they must be doing something right :\

Ugggghhh this reminds me of these two middle aged deadbeats who hang out at my local barnes & noble all day loafin around and taking up space for JACK SHIT. About a month ago I went there And just wanted to sit down in one of those big fluffy chairs for a few mins becuz i was exhausted. I was notably pregnant looking, lugging around a big bag of stuff, and these morons were hanging out in the chairs (there's only 4 chairs, so people are always waiting for them) just freakin chit chatting, not even reading or planning to buy anything, with a paper bag of stuff occupying a third chair. I asked the guy if anyone was sitting in the chair with the bag (after observing them for atleast half an hr with NOBODY else joining them), and he gave me some weird smart ass answer so I turned on my heels and promptly walked Away from him in much the same manner that a lotta strippers wi do as soon as they realize a customer is a rude time waster. Ofcourse both losers mocked my reaction . Now most men will be gentlemen and give up there seat for a young pretty pregnant girl, atleast for a min so she can catch her breath, yet he wouldnt even free the seat his bag was "sitting" in. Well 8 hrs later I had to stop back at that same barnes & noble, and those same people were STILL hanging out in the chairs!! Doing nothing, not even freakin reading. On a few other visits to that same location I always see that same middle aged couple in those chairs...uggghh!! And the lady needs to use something called a hairbrush one of these days. Apparintly I'm not the only person who finds them weird and obnoxious. I'm convinced there too cheap to run utilities at there own home, so they hang out there all day, but freakin DO SOMETHING!! even the elderly folks who flock to malls during the hot weather do mall walking or window browsing!! Wow and to think that the mall banned teens from being there without a parent because they thought the TEENS loitering was the problem!

Oh and need I also mention that not only did the guy see me looking Pregnant, out of breath, and lugging around a lotta stuff, but I had very visible pitting edema up my legs too??? (way more then most "normal" pregnancies get, due to some complications I have) Dude even at the local library, the old guy who works there allows me to prop my legs up on the lamp table while I'm sitting and reading...he's normally a big stickler for the "no feet on the table" rule but even he sees a health problem exception when it presents itself.

It used to be that way but now the wifi is completly no strings attached free. Which I think is when the loitering really started getting bad.

I'm sooo guilty of the Starbucks loitering. I went there like 2 or 3 days in a row and used the Wi-fi for hours when there was bugs (beetles, cockroaches, ants, etc ...) in my apartment.

I'm sure everyone was annoyed with me, but they had a right to be. But omg, bugggss, eww. I'll be a freeloader, as long as I don't have to deal with bugs.

I don't think they ban teens because they walk around and don't buy things. they ban them because kids show up in hordes and fuck around. last time I went to the mall on a saturday afternoon there was this group of little skater punks sitting in a circle on the floor where people were trying to walk. then there were more kids running up the down escalator and and doing other crap that's just generally obnoxious. not to mention I see teenagers getting escorted out of stores ALL THE TIME for stealing.

lol I would have no idea I haven't set foot in a starbucks since I quit. that sucks for the people working there. when I was a barista I would get so many idiots coming up to be being like "there's nowhere to sit!" wtf do you want me to say? I can't kick everyone out

Ugh reminds me of a situation I was in involving just that. I was in a Walgreens pharmacy one early evening a few yrs ago with the sole intent to break a $100 bill so I could feed the machine at the parking garage I was parked at, that (as I later annoyingly found out) was overcharging me and not accepting my $100 bill. (inconveniences like this stemming from tippers that shoulda never happened in the 1st place are ANOTHER pet peeve of mine)

On top of that inconvenience, the parking garage and Walgreens were in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I was wearing a formal suit (normally was job was biz casual, but we had a formal biz meeting that day) and carrying a few big cash bills on me...so this added to my bad mood and my urgency to just get in 'n get out quickly.

So while I'm waiting in line to buy a stick of gum so I can break my $100 bill and get my car out of the parking garage, some semi slow girl behind me asks me if they accept food stamps here. I shrugged and said I wasn't sure, maybe. She then keeps talking to me, even tho I presented a "I want to keep to myself" demeaner. Saying things like "I guess u never had to go on food stamps? I guess u never had to worry about money? Wow ur so lucky." in this dumbly innocent way. dude this is NOT the kinda convo I want bringing attention to me in this kinda hood!!

And if anything, I COULD HAVE qualified for food stamps and a helluva lotta welfare aid at more then one point in my life, but refused to apply for it due to pride and being politicaly against welfare sinse I didn't have any real handicaps at that point. I grew up in a family where my parents did the same, turned away food stamps, and still all 5 of us kids were always properly fed. So it annoyed me that people would take one look at me in my nice suit, see me express disinterest in the food stamps program, and assume I was this "lucky privledged" girl. And voice this when all I was tryin to do was get my change, get outta there, and back to my car after a long day at my ironically underpaying job.

Lol I luv this thred, it's a great way to vent hehe. Another pet peeve. I hate bein ripped off at fast food places (or pretty much anywhere). I worked in fast food during high school, along with about 15+ other menial service type jobs, and was always the nice star employee to customers despite some serious gender discrimination with my pay at that particular franchise location. So becuz I always gave great service, I feel this entitlement to get good service as a customer. When someone overcharges me in the drive thru and then won't even give me a good atitude OR bother to refund me the amount owed, I go bonkers!! There's times where I had an employee (a shift manager actualy) argue with me after she overcharged me for somethin I shouldn't have been charged for. I've reported fast food places via their corp websites for shit like this. And then I follow up if my complaints go ignored. Heck my fast food friends and I put up with getting reported for the lamest stuff, a good bit of it not even true (honest mistakes on the customer's end), so I don't feel bad arguing about a ripoff.

And yes, that goes for the parking garage whose automated payment machine overcharged me when I had no extra spare change.

I once got refusal of service at a cell phone store by some mean bitch, and worse, the expeRience embarrassed me in front of the guy I was dating. (becuz it convinced him I didn't know how to stand up for myself effectively enough) that made me more annoyed, so later on I called up my cell phone server's complaint dept and reported her bad service. Got a $50 credit off my cell bill! Score! this was a number of yrs ago, but it taught me to NEVER take shit from people and if they fuck with me, report them so I can get refunded and/or compinsated!

LOL! people shouldn't even buy a mercedes if they're still renting! why drop all that cash on something that's just gonna depreciate in value?!

I hate when people can't manage money in general.

    how to manage money:
    1. make money
    2. spend money
    3. don't get the order mixed up

it blows my mind how many idiots spend money that they don't have!

I know girls at work who will call their drug dealer before even starting their shift and ask for like $50 worth of coke before they even make it and then go and run up a tab at the bar. that's why I will never lend a stripper money.

I also hate it when my own friends can't afford to go out because they buy stupid crap. so you took your paycheck and blew half of it on weed and beer and now your rent's due so you can't afford to go out for a coffee?

I have a friend who literally spends EVERY penny she makes. she's not a dancer but she spends like one. acrylic fills every week, highlights every 6 weeks, $400 car payment, $100 cell phone bill, CANNOT walk into a store without impulse buying something, buys weed and coke whenever she can afford it, etc. then she ends up having to buy all of her gas with her credit card and at the end of the month FREAKS out because "omg I'm soooo broke holy shittt I need a new jobbb I make like noooo moneyyy and I have soooo many billllssssss." oh yeah and she lives with her mom because god forbid she actually get an apartment and live like a responsible human being and whenever she has a financial emergency her mom bails her out EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I have another friend who bitches about not being able to afford a car even though she lives with her dad and has virtually no living expenses. I bought my first car working part time making minimum wage. I lived with my parents so I saved most of what I made, spent a little for going out, and I had a decent car in no time.

I could rant forever about this lol

When strippers try to sucker me into giving them a ride home. You work all the time, why don't you have a vehicle?

People that work a lot but have nothing to show for it.

When people try to invite themselves to your house.

When people add "z"s to words like "lolz". That makes the word longer, it would be easier to just leave the "z" off. I don't understand the logic behind this.

When men say things like "a girl as pretty as you shouldn't be single".

When men say things like "a girl as pretty as you shouldn't live alone".

When people try to dictate what I do with my time like saying "Let's go for lunch tomorrow at 12". It annoys me that they assume I don't have anything better to do.

People that drive slow in the fast lane.

When I tell men that I'm busy and they say "well you can make time for me". No, no I can not.

When girls on this board say they got into stripping because it's an 'art form'.

When girls on this board usually the newbies, say "I think I'll be a good stripper because I took Jazz and Tap as a kid".

People that are ugly but think they're really attractive.

Fat people that consider themselves 'thick'.

People with pancake butts but say they're ass is huge.

People that dress in what the trends are but don't take into consideration their body shape.

Ugly men or poor men that think I will go out with them.

People that call you repeatedly after you haven't picked up the first, second, third, or fourth time.

When men otc call me "sexy". "Sexy" is not a compliment to me, it's pretty much just saying "hey I want to have sex with you".

When people have a conversation but everybody talks over each other.

The post your pic thread on here is like a mindfuck to me. I don't see why women that get paid to be around men semi/fully naked would come to a website and post pics of themselves (half of the pics are naked/topless) so that men can 'thank you' and send u cyber compliments. You're giving away the goods to customers for free. It's retarded.

When people ask me for money.

People that feel entitled to things that don't belong to them.

    People that brag.

People that draw attention to themselves.

    Loud people.

When people say things like "I'm on the paper chase" but they work at Target or some other low paying going nowhere job.

When people talk about hustling but they aren't strippers. Nobody knows what a day of hustling is until you've stripped.

When people have like a litter of kids. If you can afford them all fine but even so, there's something called over population and you are the cause.

When men ask if I can cook. None of your business. I work hard so I can eat out every day breakfast lunch and dinner.

When people talk to me in their native language because they think I'm from whatever country they are.

Men that say things like "If she has over 10 partners.. blah blah". I've stopped dealing with men that ask about numbers a long time ago but even back when I was still dealing with those losers, I would with a serious face say "one million".

Not a little shallow are you? Holy Jebus......I've never met a "perfect person" yet, you're no different, besides trying to look like you are here. I get they're your "pet peeves", but you come across very shallow, and bitchy about alot of the stuff here.

Not to be a dick, but, did you ever consider YOU might do things, that might be others pet peeves? Im sure you dont care, but, why should someone else care about yours?

Oh yeah, the "when people ask me for money" response...arent you doing just that, by profession? You're asking men "for money"......so, why is it any different for you? I "get" what you're saying(you dont want to loan people money), but, the way you say it(and it comes off), is if you loathe people who do this, yet, you do it yourself? Ironic.....

Is it shallow when a woman wants a hot guy? Sure but no different than when a guy wants a hot girl, ESPECIALLY when the guy is wanting a girl out of his league. I've done online and the amount of average and below average guys wanting a hot much younger woman is unreal. A fat, unemployed loser will not get a hotu gal of any age yet they keep trying and crying because attractive women turn them down. Well, duh attractive people don't usually want uglies unless the ugly guy offers something special.
