Dont even get me started on the iced mocah...seriously
Yeah, last summer, I tipped the scale at 198...I think I cried, freaked and screamed at the same time...I was like..no way Im hitting the 200 club! I didnt want to work out, cause whenever I do, I build muscle fast and always gain weight before i lose any...and I was dead set on not hitting 200, so I figured Id drop 10lbs first, then hit the gym.
I hate to cook, and anything that has me in the kitchen more than 20m isnt happening, but I dont cook meat anyway, and cooking veges in any kind of way doesnt take long at all. Plus I still ate rice...the only pasta I ate was fru fru gourmet fresh made pasta. I had nothing at all that was processed in any way...so frozen foods were all completely out. Cooking food completely from scratch is ridiculously cheap too...I hate grocery shopping, but the nice thing is the only staples I ever had to buy on the reg were fruits and veges, milk, eggs and cheese. My groceries came to like...$30 every 2 weeks.
But yeah, by Christmas, I was down to 160 give or take a pound. What "sucks" though is....because Im so tall and how I carry my weight, no one noticed. I was down to clothes I hadnt worn in years...I thought I looked skinner, but yeah, when Id tell people I lost that much weight they were all like..from where?!!!

Even though I eat like crap now, Im still at between 160-165. I figure if I hit 170, Ill give up the doughnuts and MickyD's for a few months.
Oh yeah..never did hit the gym. I kept thinking about it, but never got around to it
