Hey ladies,
I 've been working out, but I think dancing has taken it's toll on my knees. ( I've been dancing for 11 years). Squats have become very uncomfortable for me to do. Can anyone recommend leg exercises or a program ( ex: Jillian Micheals challenge, etc) that do not require squats or putting pressure on the knees. Also I will be doing these exercises at home. Thanks![]()
