I have a little bit of belly fat and have slowly been getting it down by diet sodas and a minimum of fried, greasy, processed foods, and I walk daily. It seems to be working although slowly. I hate sit ups and crunches and I'm trying to get tighter through diet and walking. What's your way of dealing with it?

If u want real results u will have to do the crunches and the difficult exercises..No pain no gain..MAny of us struggle with self control. Myself included. Make better food choices and do some crunches for f's sake..
