Do you get charged a fee for every credit/debit purchase you make in the US? Thanks in advance!
Do you get charged a fee for every credit/debit purchase you make in the US? Thanks in advance!
Yes, but it's only like a few cents. For example, everytime my kids want an app on their iPod's that are 99 cents, $1.05 gets charged to my card.

Yes I do, and they told me I wouldn't. I am really beginning to hate Payoneer.
it's true it's only a few cents, but if you use the card a lot that will add up

I'm tired of my Payoneer card being declined at CVS and the local pizza place. It's accepted at other places though. So now when I go to the other places mentioned above, I have to just pay with cash or a different card, because I'm tired of hearing "It won't take your card." That is embarassing.
And the fees must be fucking me up too, because I check the available balance on my card before I go to the store(s), and by the time I'm at checkout at my final destination I'm being told that my card was declined...and it's like wtf?
I do prefer it over paper check or an expensive wire transfer. It's a shame that Webcams.com doesn't offer Payoneer. I'm still waiting on this check that they said was mailed June 17th.

Hey Guys,
@xGoddessx: Payoneer does not charge you per transaction, we charge only for ATM cash withdrawals. Your card is, however, a debit MasterCard and like all MasterCards there is something called a "cross border" fee. This is something determined by MasterCard and the issuing bank, and may be charged for any purchase in USD made in a country outside that of the issuing bank (Our bank is Choice Bank, in Belize). The charge can vary depending on many factors, however as regulated by MasterCard can be no more than 3% (it's quite often less).
@laurielegs: I have credit cards myself, and the one thing I hate most in my personal life when it comes to my money and how I spend it is hidden fees by banks/credit card companies. I make it a personal point to make sure that this never happens with Payoneer. All Pricing and Fees are listed in your online My Account page, and the currency conversion/cross border fees are also mentioned there. This is not a fee that Payoneer chooses to charge, it is something that all MasterCards have.
@wannadance20: As mentioned above, if you are a member of multiple affiliate/partner programs that offer Payoneer as a payment method, you can link them all onto (1) card. When you select Payoneer as the payment method for any account, you will be given the option to either order a new card or link to an existing one.
I hope I was able to clear this up a bit, and if you have any questions or comments please feel free.
Please Note: I cannot post in the Camming Connection forum, so any questions or posts you'd like me to comment on must be made in the Other Work forum.
Edit: My above comment regarding cross-border fees was for USD transactions, I apologize for the error.
Thanks,

can we seriously not get charged on the ATM withdrawals. Not so much my god. I'd rather be charged on the transactions, that way I could just pull out the cash. Getting charged 10 bucks for every atm withdrawal that's over 1 to 2 hundred dollars sucks ( including the atm fee).
I think it was close to over 200 dollars in atm fees last month for me. At the end of the month i gotta get my mortgage money together and am usually pulling out at least a thousand at a time in like 3 different intervals of $300 getting charged like 20 to 30 dollars per pop in fees. SO SICK
The only time i seen ATM fees that high were when I was using a debit card internationally, i guess it made sense, conversation rate and all...is this the reasoning behind these absurd atm withdrawal feels? I guess it'd make more sense to me
Hey,
The Payoneer ATM fee is not $10, the bigger fee you are being charged is from the ATM itself.
Just to point out, most of the ATM fee we charge is taking by our card processor, MasterCard, and the bank operating the ATM. We are charged whenever an ATM withdrawal is made using a Payoneer card, which is mainly why you see the fee.
When it comes to point of sale transactions, transactions made at stores or online, we are not charged per transactions, and as such we do not charge our cardholders for those transactions.
The best thing to do is to make large withdrawals as less often as possible, or simply use the card to make payments at stores and online.

Hi, Nissim-Payoneer. I just wanted to know if you have any update on when things will go back to normal, so we can start getting our same-day payments like we used to? I've browsed other similar threads and haven't seen that question answered yet. It's taking like 4 or 5 days for my money to load onto my card, which sucks when you're used to getting paid daily (like before). Thanks for reading.![]()

Hey,
As far as I know, there is no payment delay on our end. Are you referring to Private Loads or partner payments?
For Private Loads, it takes up to 2 business days to load once approved (working days, so not including weekends and bank holidays).
For partner payments, however, you are sent an e-mail and you can choose between a standard load (2 business days) or immediate (2 hours).
If you have experienced loads exceeding these processing times, please PM me the payment ID numbers and I will look into them right away. They should absolutely not exceed these times.
Thanks,

You know what, you're right. One of the cam sites I get Payoneer payments from always pays me same day, so you are right...it's not an issue on Payoneer's end. I apologize. The delay is coming from the daily pay service. I was referring to the delays we've been experiencing lately with MFC and AW daily pay (waiting 4 or 5 days for 'immediate load' funds to arrive). I've spoken to PrincessJenny about this via PM though, so it sounds like this will go back to normal very soon. *crosses fingers and tries waiting patiently* Thanks.![]()

The system was setup to be based on Private Loads, which is an additional service we offer to our cardholders, however is more costly and time consuming than partner payments.
For partner payments, the partner can send the payments much more easily, and they are not subject to manual approval and processing times. The entire system is automated and processed much faster, with much lower fees.
I see the PJ announced the partnership complete and will shortly be allowing you all to sign up for partner payments via Payoneer, which is great. In general, if you are getting paid by the same company or people on a frequent basis, suggest to them that they sign up to be a business partner with Payoneer.
Becoming a business partner will allow them to have users sign up for cards through their service, or link thir program to an already existing Payoneer card. They will then be able to directly send payments to cardholders, rather than having to issue private loads, and greatly cut down on processing fees.
I highly suggest a system based on partner payments over Private Loads.

I posted this in this thread...in regards to many Payoneer questions - maybe it will help here also.
I don't know why everyone is having so many issues and I'm not but then again I accept the fees and I cannot bitch because I get my money and do what I need to.
You guys have to understand - Payoneer knows they are the #1 service on the market for everyone getting paid quick fast and in a hurry. No one else has this.
They also know that no one else can compete with them. The fees are what they are - no matter how much you bitch or what not - it won't change anything.
Here is some tips that I do to help save some fee monies. I know some of this will sound redundant and it may be things you have already heard - but I know it can be confusing with reading company jargon - I am just trying to help calm everyone's frustrations.
When I am taking money out of the ATM - I try to do this as little as possible. If I HAVE to pay cash for something - I make sure it is my LAST option - because of the fees I have to pay. If I have to do it more than ONCE, I make sure I take ALL of the amount I need at ONCE. So, for example, if I get paid, 500 bucks and I need to take out 400 bucks that week to pay bills instead of visiting the ATM twice and getting hit with TWO fees, I'll take the whole $400 OUT at once so I only get hit with ONE. Also, you have to be careful WHAT ATM you use - I know you can use the mastercard website here - and you can find what ATM you can use that will not incur fees from. I always check the box that says NO ACCESS FEE - normally it doesn't charge me withdrawing - if I have to take the hit if I am not near a bank that allows, this then I do but I try to do all my research before I leave the house. Another alternative is using the "cash-back" option at the store when you are making a purchase, when it is possible to do so because it is generally FREE To do that. If they DECLINE a transaction, I know it's $3.00 period. So be VERY careful. On your Payoneer Account online on your account, you can check your stuff for free at anytime with no fees. When you inquire at an ATM about your balance it's $1.00 period.
When you use your card for a purchase - I never have a problem with this. Before I even leave the house - I make sure I check my balance ALWAYS down to the exact dollars and sense that I have. I am in the USA - and I don't get hit with hardly ANY fees really. I tend t o believe the more you USE your card, the less fees you get - my monthly fee is a 1.00 for my card because I usually have MORE than 5 transactions a month - if you have LESS than 5 transactions a month - they will charge you $3.00. I know they tell you that they will deny your card if there is not enough money to complete a transaction at a store - they do not allow you to overdraft anything. It's not like a bank thing. If you want to do a purchase for 35 bucks and your account has 34.97 on it - they won't let you run the card. The only time you are going to see a charge is when you are getting gas or what not - but that's the law on most gas purchases because it's pre-authorizations. In regards to purchase transactions for FOREIGN transactions, they say it's free but then as an asterisk that says - * When a Purchase Transaction or ATM Withdrawal is requested, up to 3% above market rate will be assessed based on current foreign exchange rates - I am not sure what this means but if you are in a different country other than the USA - I would check because I don't get hit with ANY fees in the USA. So if anyone wants to clear that part up, please feel free.
When you withdraw money - make sure you chose CHECKING account and go from there - just like you would if it was a regular bank account. Don't choose savings account or anything because it will charge you a fee when it declines it. Just put the card in, put in your pin number, select checking, put in the amount you want to withdraw, and then bam, money....AGAIN - check your account from your PC before you do this just so you know you aren't going to screw yourself.
As far as Customer Service goes, the best advice I can give you, is to CALL them. ANY TIME I have ever had an issue, I have called them and they have cleared my issues up right away with no problems.
Again, I hope this helps you guys and I hope everything goes right with this company. They are wonderful when things go right. All I can say is, take less money from the ATM and use it for purchases as much as you can.
Also - a response to a fellow poster...

U gotta pay to ask how much $$ U got left... thats a disgrace...
I will too use payoneer in a month or so.. not looking forward to it, but it is what it is..
Fridays - You don't HAVE to use that. You can check it for FREE when you check it your account online. That's why I was stressing to make sure you used it before you went to do anything with the money with the card.
Anytime I will or I am going to use that card - I check my balance online - even through my phone if I have to when I don't have access to my PC when I am on the road and I write the balance down and when I use the card I just subtract it...that way I know how much I have and what I can use. That way I know if I will be fucked or not. You won't get hit with any fees if you know what you are spending and when.
Another suggestion....
My advice to anyone who uses Payoneer - sign up with a site like MGF or SMW...it's a site you sell Videos on basically for Passive INCOME....
Use that to get your Payoneer card loaded with and going at first...
Then anything you wanna use that Payoneer card loaded WITH any other company - it works. You won't have any other problems. Payoneer is one of the BEST companies in regards to protecting your money and getting your money as fast as possible.
If it wasn't for them - my ass woulda been homeless, broke, so on and forth....
Be patient and go through the process....
*Pre-paid cards work VERY DIFFERENTLY then your average debit cards. While the same concepts might apply - the rules are different in regards to how things work. Personally, I don't think they fees are ALOT - I just think many of you are not paying attention and reading the fine print. Please do that and pay attention to what others are saying, especially in other posts. These problems are not uncommon but, Payoneer isn't nickel and diming you. They are very fair and using good business practice in money business. Please. PLEASE read their rules and fees on their website and understand they are not trying to keep your money from you or ripping you off.

I agree that it's better to check the balance online before leaving the house. That way I know EXACTLY how much money I have available when I'm walking to a nearby store.
And I like the fact that the ATM at the nearby Wawa store lets you withdraw money in increments of $10.![]()
