I'd suggest, during your contest shifts, to eat clean (stay away from processed foods & refined sugar), drink half your body weight in oz water a day, listen to & repeat positive affirmations, do yoga, or meditate on breaks, & boost energy with green tea with raw honey.
Ohhh, Nita & I both listen to music during shifts. I have 2 playlist of damn good music I play during shifts to keep my vibration up.
