You aren't supposed to sit in free chat with your tits out, you can flash. You have to have panties on at all times. Streamate reposted the rules along with I think it was AW on Twitter a couple of weeks ago saying they were going to start reenforcing the rules. They and Liz all the stated you CAN NOT have your panties off ever in free chat. So just to be safe, check your panties on.

Oh I forgot, not showing tits or anything makes you a better whore than the rest of us. You are classy because you don't show tits, use dildos or do gold shows, so the rest of us are what? Rule breaking trash? Lol come on now, who care how anyone else chooses to work? Focus on yourself and maybe you wouldn't be sitting on page what 3? Swearing to leave the site?
You are not better than anyone else just because you choose to work differently than another performer.
But whatever you have to tell yourself to make yourself feel better, I don't really care.![]()

Where did I ever say I was better? I'm not the one that goes on forums bragging about how well I do and then break the rules. No one was even talking about you, but you assumed it was about you. New performers post on here and they don't need to think you have to be topless or do Gold shows to make money. I do focus on myself, I am also on page two because I didn't work on the site for a few months. It won't be hard to get back on page one. If you want to be a bitch I can be one back.
Clearly you care because you got all bent out of shape. You won't have to worry if a posting was about you if you followed the rules. Just saying.

I just received clarification that we can do what we have been doing and that if SM where to go back to the old rules, such as no nudity what so ever then we would be notified.
Hands over the pussy is OK AS LONG AS NO PUSSY IS SHOWN , it is NOT encouraged due to a hand slip , fingering etc , which is understandable.
If there are repeat exposures then YES a model is risking it.
TOPLESS is OK and always has been , if you want to stream the whole time topless, its all good
No pussy shots. Wide open , dildoing or fingering

lol no they just use our free chat. I had a guy one time that introduced himself to others if he noticed them around a lot. His dumb ass would say things like "How long have you known her" "what are you doing tonight" "you must love her like I do"and when I was in GS or private , he would start convos in free chat w others waiting. TAlk about trying to keep a straight face while performing. I eventually closed all windows except private and eventually he was banned for it after a customer complained.

I just wanted to add that the rule is NOT "panties must be worn at all times in free chat"....
The rule is "no below the belt nudity in free chat".
I was a non nude model for years and by industry standards, bottomless but covering is effectively "non nude". It appears Streamate interprets it this way as well.

My studio has a summary of the rules, and the wording they use is "no genitals or anus in free chat" if that helps. Personally, I think that wording is WAY better.

My understanding is that the 'official word' for a site is usually our code of conduct. I personally care more about what is actually enforced on sites/what sites care about in reality so Im not siding with anyone, but officially we all agree to no nudity in freechat:
ok, so gotta check the code of conduct and...
^the code of conduct used to say no below the belt nudity but on checking it a few months ago after someone pointed it out: it now says nudity period. Throughout the FAQ it stresses 'always follow the code of conduct', oer our contracts of how we agree to broadcast isnt the official word the Code of Conduct... not Liz?
The only place Ive seen now below the belt nudity on the model console is where it explains what GOLD is:
(last line, but only appears under explaining what Gold is, not the code of conduct)
Liz may want to... update the Code of Conduct then?

Streamate's TOS used to be "no nudity below the belt," but it recently changed to just say no nudity in free chat, period.
"NO NUDITY IN FREE CHAT In order to prevent minors’ exposure to nudity and adult material we require there to be no nudity in free chat. Nudity is only allowed in age verified areas - also known as “private” or “paid chat”. Nudity in Free areas will result in temporary suspension of your account."
This is not directed at anybody. I just wanted to point it out because it did change in case anyone wasn't aware of it and is a rule adherer like me. I don't really care what anyone does because I can only control what goes on in my own chat room.
If someone is getting business by doing things that I won't do, then that business wasn't mine to begin with. Not every customer has to be my customer, you know?
IDK, this and the 'behind the wall' stuff and the 'system in place makes it difficult to record the shows' thing.... there are things posted sometimes where people say Liz said this, then no Liz said that, then actually Liz said, and so on and so on.... the Code of Conduct seems like the most straight forward way to interpret the rules?
Again, models I adore are topless and asscheeked all the time and Im not always fully dressed on sites that dont enforce no nudity rules, hey Ill push rules when I can - but often when Liz comes up I zone out bc sometimes the things said are true for some performers and less true for others and then there is there big communication discrepancy and so on and so on.... so for the rest of us shitmunchers lol the code of conduct says no nudity (at all) in free.

Whoops, sorry I did not see this before my post. You put it better than me! I am a scardey cat when it comes to breaking rules, so even if there are email okays from Liz to whomever, I never assume they apply to me.
If I got suspended from SM I would have to outfit my cam room with rubber walls.

I agree, clarification and then enforcement by Streamate, not by the model police, of the the clarification would be nice. So now in one place it says "no nudity" and another "no below the belt nudity".
I did not know the code of conduct was updated to say "no nudity" so I guess that now means showing nipples or even taking your top/bra off at all is now "nudity" and therefore breaking the rules? Because by the interpretation of some, even a hand bra would be considered "breaking the rules" at this point.
The problem here is that "nudity" needs to be specified. Sure, "nude" to any vanilla person would mean topless, bottomless, etc. However, by typical industry standards "nudity" seems to mean SHOWING the goods. So therefore, you would still be "non nude" if you were topless or bottomless but covering the goods. That counts as "non nude" or "no nudity" in the adult industry.
Simply saying "no nudity" leaves it open to interpretation by each model. To me, bottomless but covering IS "no nudity" but clearly to others bottomless but covering is seen as "nude".
Based on my interpretation of the code of conduct when it said "no below the belt nudity", I am following all of the sites rules. I have absolutely zero desire to break the rules of the site that I adore. That is why I double check with Liz to make sure that I am not breaking the rules, and that's the only reason I bring her up is to say "Hey, I checked with someone who is not in standard support and I'm good to go".

You know, we wouldn't bicker about Streamate half as much as we do if the site would just stick to and enforce its own damn rules.
Support tells us one thing, Liz tells us another and instead of questioning the site we instead just all turn on each other.
Just my two cents....
Wait, we don't have pennies in Canada anymore.
Here is 10 cents and you can keep the change.![]()
