I know that =P I'm more trying to point out that yes every website ever with that kind of server load has issues, but I understand why they naturally default to blaming the model because there is no way for them to know off the bat that the system the model is using is up to par. I stated that some girls have epic computers (well, I said that not everyone has shite computers which means the same thing).
You cut out the end of my statement "Yes, there will always be server problems for any site (how many times does Twitter or Facebook load to an error and they don't run feeds?), but, as a model, if you want to prove it's not on your end, you hunt down the support who DO help and do full on sessions with them like one model on here did."
We all know about Liz, but you really have to talk to people with full on details over probably more than a day to get a solution to a problem. Without that, it's unlikely Streamate will ever know whats wrong. With vague "this isn't working" reports, they'll never get anywhere. Sure, they aren't the easiest to communicate with and I'm not saying SM is a god. They're not. I'm just saying from a tech support perspective, they need a lot more models really pushing them to work on their problems. The standard support is a joke, and I'm pretty sure they're more for paper work than technical issues.
Again, I was defending the reason they MAY default to blaming the model, not Streamate in general.
@jac in a later post: I wholeheartedly agree with your personal opinion clarifications
@snowy by scrolling i mean text rolling in the chat room
@incantatious I also agree that SM needs to A) up their minimum requirements or B) make sure everything works even with minimum requirements.
