oh haha rude/dumb support on sm? i stopped asking them things years ago. mostly i just ignore all glitches issues and “ bite the bullet” when things get to the point i am unable to work more than 1 day or something very pressing i contact liz. but I never contact her for minor issues, as i am sure she is so busy. but as for support…. completely …utterly… useless …
