




^^^Ok for me, no getting kicked out of shows, but I'd get no customer typing, then have a wall of it hit at once.





Okay I totally jinxed myself.
First hour and a half was great... now suddenly my room will just drop all the people in it!!! I'll have a room full and then they start to drop, and drop, and then everyone is gone! I'll wait and a few trickle back in and it starts over.

It's glitching horribly right now. One of my guys has logged in and out of my room like twenty times just to try to tip me. So I'm making no money at all. This is not cutting it. Ugh.


Same happens to me. Since September 26th I've been experiencing picks of very low bitrate, lagging, blinking and image pixelated. I write support and they keep referring me to the manual chapter "Improving streaming Quality and Speed". But I already follow all those tips described there and my internet connection is pretty fast. I've tried all the 3 settings available, different computers, different cameras, everything just to troubleshoot, with no success. I don't get it.
It didn't happen before, only since Sep 26th, at different times. I'm wondering if the site has any issue lately. Does anyone have clue about that?





Do you ladies that are having issues with bitrate dropping and pixelation ever check speedtest.net when that happens to see if your Internet is having issues? I have great speeds at 120mbps down/12mbps up and pretty much every week have periods where my internet will drop my upload speeds (because Comcast sucks) and it causes my encoder to pixelate and bitrate to drop. Just wondering if you ladies are making sure it's not something on your end. When that happens to me I just log out and wait it out. It sucks, but at least I know it's my end.
Tip: Turn off auto focus when you have blurriness or pixelation and use the manual focus slider that you access through the logitech interface.

I have read that about the auto-focus and leaving it off, but what happens when you move on camera? do you have to adjust the focus every time you change positions on screen? Cause that will not do, at least for me....







I do... When that happens I check speedtest.net. I do both ways: check the connection speed with my internet provider servers and also the way they teach on streamatehelp.com, positioning the map on a server in Seattle. I also have 120mbps/12mbps like you. And in both cases my upload appears to stay at 12mbps while I'm having bitrate dropping and pixelation issues.
Also tried to log out and come back a bit later. But still, no solution. That is why I don't get it.





My traffic is horrible today. Been seeing some glitches on the customers end (getting disconnected during conversations, constant in and out trying to connect, trying to go private but unable, showing as an exit but no enter in private). I've been on the first page all day but still only getting traffic in my room very slowly, most just leave without saying a word. Monday and Wednesday were great for me...Tuesday and today not so much. I'm struggling today and bored out of my mind

I have a delay of seriously, more than a minute. is this a glitch or is there anything I can improve on the encoder to improve this? should switching out of the encoder help any?

HEy, has anyone had this glitch? YOu click on the customer to chat with him in private mode and can't see your own messages or what he is typing to you displayed until you go out of the private mode or he logs off.
P.S. MY SHift button is broken and it makes my typing look like I"m a HOmestuck character.
So, I need to email SM to make sure that my feed picture is the picture I uploaded and not the live feed from my cam, AND email them for the break button.
I have that right?
What's the best email?
Also, who is Liz and do I need to ask her?

I e-mailed support through https://streamatemodels.com/contact/ and just requested for my Biopic to be "standstill" (to keep it from capturing images from your livefeed) and I also requested for the break button. However, the first time I requested for the break button, they told me my account didn't qualify. I emailed politely and asked what will qualify me to have a PAUSE/BREAK button, but support emailed back and apologized for the confusion and gave it to me. Yay! They're easy to work with, just be polite and patient!

Also, can someone check my feed? I have guys popping in and out all night and not a single one has stayed for more than a minute. Is it me or a glitch?

Right now it shows you as offline... It could be just the guys popping in and out as usual... Try to catch their attention before they jet out and see if you get a response.



And sooooooooo...........glitches galore for me tonight6 customers complaining about my cam lagging so far and hardly any traffic either. I'm on the front page and my encoder is fine. It's on SM's end and even the customers are complaining about the site. SAD. Last night no lag but my phone option was down which wasnt a big deal but it's becoming so non-dependable camming on here lately. Well, maybe I'll make another 50 bucks tonight.........hopefully
