I been wondering what happens when the guy is suppose to pay and says he has no money ATM card or credit card on him or if he disputes the number of dances he got. What options does the dancer have.

Depends on the club. Options can range from her being SOL to the customer being dragged outside and bounced on the pavement. In clubs where the dances are tracked by a host or hostess they get the final word. If the dancer is keeping track her word is going to over-rule yours with the club.

Depends on the club & the dancer. I usually collect money up front. I have seen customers get kicked out for not paying, I've heard stories of customers going to jail for not paying, &/or being blacklisted from the club.
I had one occassion where I convinced a guy's friends that he was such an idiot for buying dances he couldn't afford that I deserved the clothes off his back... they agreed. He came in on a snowmobile all bundled up... but he didn't leave that way!
I also once had a customer harrass me at the end of the night for a date after a string of dances. I was so irritated to get rid of him that he left without paying. Next time I saw him (months later) was close to the end of the night, I totally sweet talked him about how he was suuuuuch a great guy & I really wanted to dance for him again... but he had to pay me for the dances he owed. He went to the ATM to get the money for the dances we were going to do. Right after he handed it to me the DJ turned the music off. He made some comment about how he should get the money back because he didn't get any dances. I told him that he gave me the same amount he owed me from when he left me high & dry before, then I walked off. You should have seen the look on his face! LOL It was priceless. Don't ever cheat a stripper, trust me, we'll never forget your face if you do!

I guess the question just sums up the importance of not trusting anybody and getting the money up front.

I've had both circumstances occur. The time I couldn't access my cash, I told her I'd pay her next time. She then disappeared for over over a year but showed up at another club where she had to remind me what happened, at which point she got what was owed .
I also had a girl once try to charge me for 4 nude dances when I bought 3 topless. I told her to take the 3 topless or call the manager. She took the 3 topless.
Later that year, I was allowed to "run a tab" by one of my favorites until I realized that was a bigger benefit to her than it was to me.

why are you not collecting your money up front?

The clubs I am working at both don't allow us to collect 'upfront.' Have to wait until the dances are over. Pisses me off. No one has ripped me off yet but I know it'll happen someday just like I know my 7 inch heal is going to gauge someone's fucking eye out someday.

I've seen one of 2 ways. The guy gets the cops called on him, or he magically falls his way out the door....

In Chicago, I run tabs with the customers and they settle up at the end. In Vegas, I get paid up front to avoid any confusion. I've been dancing for 8 yrs, and i've never personally had an issue with not getting paid. But, i've seen what happens when guys don't pay.

I've had a guy try to stiff me for ONE dance. He was being an ass while I was doing that ONE dance, so I told him ok thanks it's $ plus tip. He riffled through his wallet where I saw bills- apparently all ones. He gives me five $1 bills folded and walks away! I counted it, stupid bastard. I have to chase after him- we go through a back and forth about well what's happens if I don't have it? And well why would you bring someone in here that didn't have the money? Wtc? I told him he's an idiot for coming back here, and I would get management and his buddies involved. I got my money. All this bs for 20-friggin- dollars

I've had guys try & say they don't have money or they try to refuse to pay. Bouncers have very aggressively searched one guy once & found a thick wad he was trying to hide -so the bouncer took it upon himself to tip me an extra $40 along w/ the money owed to me out of the man's wad before the handed it back & threw him out.
Another time was a lesbian couple that tried to refused to pay me & my friend for 2 vip dances (horribly handsy as well). They actually did call the cops in to make these women pay us. Hilarious.
Both happened at the same club years ago. And I always get my money. Other than those to times, I've never really had too much of an issue.

I guess it's a regional thing. I can't imagine working at a club that "didn't allow" a stripper to get paid up front.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
We must live in different universes, because the norm in the dozens of clubs I've visited since the 90's has been to pay after the dances (save for certain VIP packages). Deviations from the norm have most often resulted in "one and out" for the dancer concerned.
As for the 2 cases raised by OP: Personally, if I'm running low on cash, I leave. I try to avoid club ATM's as much as possible. (One club ATM was broken, floorman pointed me towards a convenience store ATM next door that had lower transaction fee.Subsequent dance did make rare ATM run worthwhile.
). As for miscounts- I had 1 of sorts when I found out after I'd already paid for dances that club was running a continuous 2-fer on all dances at the time. I told floorman/mgr about my predicament (I got x-# of dances, paid dancer B $$XX, didn't care for what B did). He went back into office to presumably check out the tapes, had a word with the dancer, and refunded me the difference.
I'm right 96% of the time.I don't sweat
the other 5% .......................

I probably did more than 300 dances over the years I was active doing them. I was never asked for the money up front a single time except for up-front room fees. In other words, no dancer ever required pre-payment.

In my club Ive seen girls take barter-cell phone, wedding ring, or drivers licence -or a combination of the two (depending on the girl/money/customer), and hold on to it until the customer can pay. pretty much every customer that ive seen this happen to (only a handful in the time ive started dancing), has found a way to pay that night. most dont want to go home to wifey without their wedding ring. Basically, girls think of the most difficult thing to either replace (drivers licence), or explain (ring).
I've only ever had one guy claim he didn't have enough to pay. He just gave me what was in his wallet, gave me a shrug like "what can ya do?" and walked back to his table. I stared after him like he was a frikin' idiot but he was with a friend, so I just went up to him and told him his friend was short $X for his dances and would he mind covering him - he happily paid. As long as there's friends with the guy, I think that's the best course of action, as long as he isn't being belligerent or trying to run out. If he's alone or his friends are d-bags, I'd go immediately to the bouncer.

Other than the first couple of months of clubbing, I rarely was a stranger in any club I was at and rarely danced with girls I wasn't already familiar with. That being said, unless the girl was irresistible, if she insisted on money up front, it might just kill the desire to do the dance with her in the first place. If she insisted on the money up front, I might be tempted to re-think whether I even wanted the dance and possibly tell her to go find someone else to do the dances with. I never really participated in the "hit and run"style of doing dances where the only contact was the dance.
