There's a lot of drama but if you're smart you stay out of it.
It weirds me out when customers ask about the behind-the-scenes bitchyness/gossip at the clubs. It's like they want to feel like they're more than just a customer or stir up shit. Let us deal with the cattyness, and you Customers just enjoy the fantasy.

Every girl I have ever known has complained about some girl at her workplace. Don't worry it's not just strip joints where that stuff goes on at. I watch ANTM I know that stuff!

There some girls on ANTM who would fit right in at some clubs?

^If you say so.
I think they'd get their weaves ripped out.

That actually happened at my work! One girl insulted another girls weave and they went at it!

The dancers I've been friendly with have little to no use for nearly all the other girls at the club, which kind of makes sense. They may put on an act of camaraderie when together in front of customers, but most of what they are doing is an act anyhow. With very few exceptions, the other dancers are nothing but competition to them.

This. I hate dancer drama. I'm at the club to be entertained, not to hear about how one girl stole another girl's customer, or who is using someone else's makeup, or who the troublemakers are, or which girl is a nasty ho', etc., etc.
I'm also a little tired of the drama involved with girls trying to figure out why a favorite sits with me for so long and what I am paying her for. I generally don't do dances or VIPs, so some girls are baffled by how long my favs stay planted with me. They think that they are clever when they come around (on nights when my favorites are off) and try to tease information out of me, which would no doubt be used against my favorites if I were stupid enough to actually say anything. These girls need to worry less about other dancers' games and focus more on their own.
Spend enough money in the clubs and you'll come across enough of this drama naturally. No need to go looking for it.

We keep a drama-free club. Not all the girls are best friends, but we all leave the bitchiness at home. Even in a small club we don't have to hang out with girls we don't like.

Sorry I missed church. I was too busy practicing witchcraft and becoming a lesbian.

...what the hell is ANTM?

I avoid drama at work, but I've seen a lot of it all around me.
