    hey guys,

i have a curious question. from time to time, i take time off my club and travel to other clubs in the states surrounding me. after doing this a few times, i totally bank it! i make twice as much there than i would at my "home" club. whats up with this? lol im not complaining, but what do you think it is.. is it the fact that your "new" ? or do u just think i have been lucky? im curious to hear your thoughts...

    Lacey xoxo

Well, there's really no such thing as "beginner's luck".

I do not travel a lot of for work, but I experienced something like this when first starting the club I work at now. I was very shy, and this club was SO different than the one I was coming from (small air dance club with 7 girls to larger full/heavy contact lapdance club with like 50 girls) so I spent my first two shifts just sitting at the bar trying to get a feel for the place.
With absolutely zero effort I made 3-4x what I'd been making at the old club (which wasn't a lot, but still lol). But after my first few shifts I didn't do near as well.

Then I got over the shyness and learned how to hustle in the environment, and now I frequently make more than that, but with a lot more effort.

It might be that you are a new face. Or, maybe it could be that your style stands out more. If girls are working together for a long time in the same club, they might start to sort of adopt similar styles of dressing or performing on stage. The dressing thing could be especially true if there is a dress lady the girls all buy from. I know at my club, the outfits the dress lady makes are cute but they all have a similar style or similar elements to them.

    Just a guess, though.

Right now it is def the new faces that are making money around here. Good for those girls but for the ones whove done it for a while yet only work at each club 2 to 3 times a week in an effort to not overdo it yet still dont make as much as they should be making it sucks..The new girls def bank here and prolly everywhere..At another club I work at the first 6 months i did well then it dropped..u always have a drop u just never know when itll happen.

    - You are "fresh meat" to the customers, men who want extras have to try you out to see if you are an extras girl

    - Customers don't know when/if they'll see you again, so there is pressure to "buy now"

    - You tend to be more focused on working when you are new & less on the drama/chit-chat of the club staff

    - There's a good chance at places that are your "home club" that your focus is on work so you put in longer hours
    Don't you ever sleep?

I have a couple of girlfriends who do this and they say it works too. It's probably because you are a new face and with it being a new club to you, the energy that you put off my help you to make more money. If it's working better for you... keep the hustle up! Good Luck and have fun.

Well... there are usually the guys at most clubs who buy the new girls dances to help them out there first few nights...
And there are ALWAYS pervs who try to get dances with the new girls in the hopes that she doesn't know the rules and they can talk you into more than the girls at that club typically do...

So that typically adds up to an extra $100 or 2 when you're first starting out. lol

focus more on making money, less on other staff/girls.
starting at a new club, there's normally an air of neutrality which is comfortable to work in
