Default How to make day shift work for you

I want to start stripping in a club, but I just got a great job working nights and weekends. $40 an hour pay, and I don't even have to get naked! If I could make more money stripping I would do that, but this is something I can actually put on my resume, and I'm not going to strip forever, so I decided to make this new job a priority.

I'm thinking about doing day shifts at clubs. I'm worried about not as many customers coming through. But it's something I've been thinking about specializing in if I do the club thing (I've done private parties for a long time, running my own pp business now but it's a little slow and the pp's are all at night).

How do you girls work day shift to your advantage? I know regulars are important.

Any information is helpful! thank you xoxo

Tbh, i've worked 3 day shifts ever, and i wonder the same thing. I knew this one chick who made $500 off a 3 for $100 dance. I didnt know if that was her reg or if she just hustles veryyy well. I do however know that she only works day shifts and that she makes pretty good money.

It is ALL about regulars. That's all there is to it, unless the club for some reason has a lot of new customers coming in all the time. But that's rare. I worked day for about a week. It was boring as fuck. I never broke 200 dollars. A lot of the girls just build clientele but that takes a while. If you are OK with mediocre earnings for a month or so, I think you can make it work for you. But you kind of also have to be willing to call guys in, text guys, etc, so get a work number. A lot of girls I worked with would keep in contact with their customers. There was one girl who I swore made 1000 bucks every shift - but all her dances were from regulars who she phoned in. It's a process, but if you have run a business before maybe you have a better skill set to apply.

cool. i already have a pay as you go phone for my private parties so i will prolly use that. the club i'm gong to try out doesn't have a schedule, so i could go in any time if i got hired, but i'd prolly end up going in during the day since my new job is nights & weekends

I was just talking to a day girl at another club and she says she averages $300 with the most amount of money she's made was $1700. You can definitely still make money on days without regulars!
I'm guessing you're talking about Gold Club?

Thank you, I'm doing promotional work for alcohol companies.

Yeah, I live in an area that has a heavy tourism season in the summer, and the club is close to the beach. i figured i might do well if i head up there on rainy days during the summer; the tourists won't be able to go to the beach and will prolly go to the club to check out the local "attractions" so that makes me happy that they don't have a schedule so that i can go in when i feel like it/on non-beach days.

This for sure. I love day shift! Around here in the summer, things are getting pretty slow during the days, but there is definitely still money to be made. As long as you remember to not get lazy and hit up all of the guys that are in there, (except for the other girls' regulars!) you will make money. I also built up a group of regulars really quickly by giving customers that liked me a coupon for a 2-for-1 dance for the next time they were in and writing my work email on it (I don't like giving out a phone number). Best of luck to you!!

Day shift is easier if you have regulars... but if you're at a club with even moderate traffic... they aren't necessary, imo.
It's important to always be on the floor. It's tempting to say 'there's no one here, everyone here is someone else's customer'... but that's the best way to shoot yourself in the foot. They can't be interested in spending on you if they can't SEE you.

Be prepared to talk. Most girls on dayshift will sit and chat with customers... and there are some customers who prefer dayshift because of the relaxed attitude vs the 'wanna dance' they get at night.

Don't assume other girl's regulars are 'fixed'. A lot of the time, a guy with a favorite girl will only buy dances from that girl... but it's not always the case. Sometimes a guy who has a 'favorite' already will throw you a dance or two while he's waiting for her, and who knows, maybe he'll find he likes you better.

Don't just 'sit around' if you don't have a dance or an available customer. Walk around, talk to other girls, talk to staff, laugh and smile and look like you're happy to be there even if you're bored to tears.

Always, ALWAYS put on the best stage show possible. So many girls have this "well I'm not going to make enough money, I'm not getting undressed, I'm not going to try" attitude, and I don't get it. Stage is a chance to sell a dance. Stage is a chance to gain the interest of guys who, upon first glance, were uninterested in you.
Who cares if you only get $2... if you get a $200 dance from that guy after stage?

For a long time I worked dayshift, The differences I found was a better clientale. Alot of buisnessmen on there lunch wanting to do champagne rooms. As opposed, to young guys you have to beg for dances. The quality of customers was better during the day, but less quantity. Alot more conversation not so much "Want a dance"
