    Default Healthy frozen prepackaged meals

I'm looking for brands of frozen meals that don't contain tons of saturated fat and sodium? Do you know of any?

Amy's and Kashi should have less than the other brands. I haven't met a Kashi frozen dinner that I've liked, but maybe it is just me because they are a popular brand. I've had better luck with Amy's taste wise. I've only tried a handful since the store I shop at doesn't have the biggest selection.

Honestly there's really no such thing as healthy pre-packaged anything. You're better off cooking.

I tried some frozen vegtable side dishes, I believe they were Whole Foods house brand. One was 'beans/greens', with kale & varied beans, & another one I can't remember. They seemed not salty, I don't remember the sodium content though.

i used to pop a Healthy Choice meal in the oven while getting ready for work. The portions are small but they are lower in salt and fat.
