Your muscle doesn't show very well because you need to lose weight. Lose fat (not muscle) and you should be good.

    to the OP:

just keep working at it. Make an effort to eat more fruits and veggies and cut carbs late at night. Work out at least 30 minutes a day. I lost weight just watching what I ate (and still messing up!) and walking for 30 minutes daily. Sometimes I'd do it two times a day, but if you are not into going to the gym or breaking a sweat, then the 30 minute a day plan might be optimal. it's going to take longer than if you were doing an hour to an hour and a half daily, but just remember to do cardio 30 minutes daily. Keeps your metabolism up and works out your cardiovascular system! woo hoo!

300 ponds is too fat and no one i mean no one should see that dancing for the love of pete but you are not bad just lost 15 pounds and tone up a little i would start off at a small club or a dive and that can keep you in shape and you can lose weight while making money yeeeeeeeeeee
slut it out responsibly and don't forget to smile while you're whoring out!!

I agree with what she said. Just get hired at a smaller club or dive and see what happens with your body. You will most certainly lose weight when you start staying active at a club. I have noticed, in experience, that when I have worked at dives the customers wanted more of a "wow!" stage show so you have to work at it pretty hard. I lost weight and at least toned up from all the dancing and pole work.

    it'll happen. in due time.

You can be heavier or bigger than many & still dance. it depends alot on your shape though. Ex: I am only 5'1 but weigh in anywhere from 120-130lb -so even though I have a belly (I have large boobs & ass to balance it). I would work on what you take into your body diet wise & throw some cardio in there if you want to get it off faster. Good Luck!

dancing at a larger size is definitely doable...you just are going to get rejected more often from the nicer, bigger clubs. Unless they have a rep for just making you pay more house fee and barring you from stage, they might hire you.

It also depends on the total package......

Face, hair, skin, boobs, teeth, ass, legs...it all depends...
