Thumbs down Screwed up internal clock and too much energy

Its 19:54. I've been up since 11:00 yesterday morning.
I worked until 3 then got a ride to the airport to return from my strip trip.
I had my last coffee at 06:00, no caffeine since.
I've been exercising a lot these past few weeks (walking 10-20k each night), eating really healthily and not drinking so i've had more energy overall.
But why the hell am I still so full of energy?
I've been trying to wind down but I'm soooooo awake!
All I want to do is go to bed, get a full nights sleep and wake up early tomorrow to go running.
    Aaaaargh

I know when I went gluten free I was only sleeping like five hours, and normally I'm a ten hour sleeper.

If you're eating really healthy, your stomach is using less energy digesting your food so you have more energy-- your body will likely get used to it over time but right now there's a surplus.

    At least, that's one possibility.

Hmm but i started my healthy eating plan a few weeks ago, and i was sleeping 8 or 9 hours a night easily.

Well I went through my usual bed time routine (make up off, contacts put, teeth cleaning) and went to lie in bed. Took a while, but I got to sleep, then woke up from about 6am. I didn't get out of bed until my alarm at 8:30 though, and I've been for a good run and a bike ride today so hopefully my body is tired enough to sleep.
