Default Mens club charlotte this week.. audition?

I wanna head there and audition tomorrow. The only hiring details I got over the phone were that I need to audition after 7:30 tues-fri and talk to Brett (i think that was his name..?)

Should I wear a long dress or can it be "short" (down to the fingertips)? Or do most of the girls just wear whatever?

I've never danced on stage with no pole to hold on to, I have a feeling I'm gonna look awkward. Are your stage-dancing abilities really important to get hired there?

Do they hire traveling girls? Is their dayshift worth it for a traveling girl who's just gonna be there a couple days? I normally work dayshift at my home club

Will they let you start immediately or make you come back another day after youre hired?

Any help would be appreciated, I'm always nervous about tryin out new clubs!!

It has been about 4 years since I've worked here so things may have changed. I know when I got hired the earlier in the day you went in the better, I would think that if you are wanting dayshift that would be the obvious way to go but if they told you differently, strange.

This is not a casual wear whatever club, the more elegant you dress the better. They have a very strict dress code, no neon colors, booty shorts, anything see through, fishnet, or bikinis. When I worked there Tuesday was lingerie day, also the 1 day even lingerie was allowed and booty shorts were allowed on Tuesdays only as well. Thursday was gown day, they wanted you looking like you were going to prom, no gown no work on that day. When I first started I bought what I thought was a nice dress for gown day, it came to just below my knees but they told me it wasn't acceptable.

Yes they are ok with traveling girls. I think they have done away with this but the club is around a bunch of hotels, they worked out a deal for discounted rooms for traveling girls.

The stage took me a while to get used to, having no pole was just weird to me. They also don't allow floor work so there isn't really a whole lot to do, I would walk down the runway doing spins with like my hands above my head, do swaying moves and smile, I didn't really do much else but I never got any complaints and the customers still enjoyed my show.

For the audition they don't make you get on stage, I just had to get down to my thong and the manager looked me over. I had to come back for orientation the next morning and watch this stupid video, afterwards I worked that dayshift because they wanted me to get a feel of the club before switching to nights.
