Default Pros and cons of dailypay

I've looked through old threads regarding SM dailypay and since most of the ones were started back when it first opened I'm just wondering what you ladies think of it now. I'm considering closing my account and opening one with Jenny (if there are spots) but am just curious what the pros and cons are before making my decision. SM is known for being difficult so I'm a bit paranoid to delete my current profile and start all over with them

Pros: Almost instant cash, PrincessJenny is on hand to help with most things and gets back to you quickly
Cons: You lose a heck of a lot of your hard earned cash in fees and there's no way to track what's being taken.

pretty much what katie said. you lose 5% (so you make 30% rather than 35% on streamate), and depending what payment processor you use, you also get charged other fees ($5/load on payoneer). if you use processors other than payoneer (like alertpay, which has much lower fees), it can take 2-7 days additionally to get the money. for me it's worthwhile because i don't have enough of a safety net built up financially yet and i really need the instant cash. princessjenny is amazing with customer service, though i had very few problems closing my old account with streamate and opening my daily pay account - a bit of email runaround with streamate support but otherwise the changeover went fine.

I only switched to daily pay 6 weeks ago. I cam on AW and already had a profile on there. I contacted PJ on a Sunday and within hours was set up and had my first payment straight into my account. Everything has run smoothly since.
Pros - I find it so much easier to budget on a daily basis. If say I have a £50 bill due tomorrow, I know I can cam tonight and the money will be in my account in time.
Cons - I can't think of any. I suppose the only worry would be what would happen if PJ was suddenly taken ill and was unable to do the transfers for a few day? (I would think she probably has it covered though lol)

Don't know which site/s you are on DP with MissKatie, but I find it simple with AW to work out where my money goes. For AW cammers, go to your Credits Activity page (not your credits statement), this shows you a breakdown of how much you have earned and where, ie Direct Cam, Phone Chat, Movie sales etc. and a total. If you have used credits to position direct cam/chat take those of first, then AW take 30% Just Cammit take 5% and PJ takes 6% so that's 41% altogether, take that of your total and bingo what is left is exactly what goes into your account. I am in the UK though so I don't have to look at exchange rates etc. Also I would say that I have tried a few other sites and AW is deffinately the best payer or takes the smaller cut and I don't mind PJ having her 5% either, I think she earns it.

I use an excel spreadsheet to do all the calculations for me, so I can see at glance what I've earned in any one day, week or month.
Oooh I hope I'm not sounding too anally retentive now .

Bugger, now I've just re-read your post LilMissNaughty, and realised you were talking about SM Daily Pay lol Oh well hopefully the infio will help someone lol

Whoops! I forgot to ask what the minimum payout is. I know on AW it's 20$ is it the same on SM?

I'm on AW hun, and in UK. I never knew what amounts corresponded to which days. If I earned 100 one day it certainly wasn't in my account the next. Yes I used the credits activity page always, and also worked out an excel spreadsheet with all the amounts on it. In the end i didn't like my cash being so far out of my own hands.

When I closed my original SM account and opened a new one for DP, my traffic went WAY down and I went from making $50+/hr regularly to maybe $15-$20/hr. Since starting over, Streamate kinda pushed me to the back of the line and I really had to build myself up again.

Things seem to be back to normal rates now, maybe even better, but the first couple of months sucked.

    Otherwise DP is great!

Bit of a threadjack here, but does/has anyone in the UK use SM daily pay? Wondering whether it's more worth it than a bank transfer directly from SM, with the fees ($40 from SM, then £7 per payment for my bank) and exchange rates etc.

i'm not in the uk, but i know pj does daily pay bank transfers to uk residents and i believe it's free or at least much cheaper than sm because her account is in the uk - so you are not paying wire transfer fees.

SM charges international wire transfer fees on top of the $40? I think I'll sign up through dailypay if that's the case!!

I started DP a week ago. I cam on SM. I have noticed my traffic is WAY slower and I am making a LOT less money that I was before I joined DP.

I am going to change over to AW and see if that works.

Also, to me it is aggravating when I need to contact DP and there is no phone number and it takes 24 hrs once I have a ticket to get a response. I understand they are busy---but if you are so busy why don't you hire some more people to answer emails. I feel like if a company is getting 5% of what you are earning than they should be easily accessible and have really fast customer service.

I also did not get paid today...something about not having enough money in the master account of payoneer? I don't know. But I do know it is frustrating.

I know there are plenty of girls that have never had a bad experience with DP---so maybe it is just me.

The payoneer partnership is still very new so you can expect a few kinks to be worked out. Also the e-mail stated that if you prefer to get a prvt load for your money you can.

I understand that. Usually I am a patient person. It just seems that nothing has gone smoothly for me with DP. It does seem that this is normally not the case though. Hopefully, when I switch over to AW things will be better all around.

    Pro - Almost Instant money
    Con - Losing 5%

Totally worth it for me for AW because otherwise I would have to wait AGES to get my money in Canada. Same with MFC, if I'm ever on there ever again it will be nice to get my money ASAP with no minimum.

Now I wont do SM DailyPay because I REFUSE to lose any more money on that site. As if 35% isnt little enough? No way I will just get paid weekly there thanks. Otherwise I would just start feeling bitter and angry about my money and daily pay should cheer you up

I'm in the Uk. I used to have a bank transfer from AW and my bank used to charge me £7.00 for the pleasure (I hate giving banks my money), I haven't got going on SM yet but have had one very small payment via DP and no other charges were taken. Also with DP from AW I do not get charged by my bank.
