I don't know about a boob job but I do know from buying a used car that if it's your first loan they're going to want a substantial down payment and proof of income. the banks that finance boob jobs probably aren't as willing to accommodate you considering it's a cosmetic surgery.
I don't know what you mean by having a "good" credit score but without the credit history (previous loans, revolving credit) a high score will NOT help you. a high credit score only determines your interest rate, not whether or not you'll get the loan.
I financed my first car at 18 and I sure had a hell of a time. I had a credit score of 740 a cosigner and pay stubs and a tax return and a credit history from my secured credit card but kept getting denied because most places wanted a $1500-3000 down payment on top of all that since they still considered it to be "limited credit history".
BUT that's just me and I have no idea what the banks will say.
other factors to consider are:
do you have proof of income (paystubs, tax return, bank statements)
do you have a cosigner?
how much are you going to put down?
the idea of getting a loan to boost your credit is fine and dandy but ACTUALLY getting the loan might be harder than you think and bear in mind that when you fill out a credit application it'll lower your credit score and all credit inquiries stay on your credit report for a couple years so if you get denied it'll reduce your chance of getting approved for credit in the future.

Please just save up the money and pay cash. Financing also could mean interest rates of 20% or more. You'll end up paying so much on interest and god help you if you should ever miss a payment. Your credit would be ruined. Don't be so anxious to rack up debt.

Plastic Surgery lenders are even more concerned about risk than Auto lenders. The reason of course is that if the patient doesn't make payments on time, they can't 'repossess' her breast implants !I don't know about a boob job but I do know from buying a used car that if it's your first loan they're going to want a substantial down payment and proof of income. the banks that finance boob jobs probably aren't as willing to accommodate you considering it's a cosmetic surgery.
Verifiable and proveable income will also be an issue.
