so i'm sure that everyone is aware of the fact that i'm a new dancer. i'm trying to figure out a daily schedule on getting ready and including cooking, pampering, working out, stretching etc.
i got hired yes, but my body is in serious need. i need to tone up, lose 20 more pounds, get my look together everything. below is what i've been thinking.
1.wake up
2.eat
3.take vitamin/supplements
4.bikram yoga (tryna find away to get it in early as possible because it makes me tired)
5.get home (take shower relax)
6. cook
7. get ready for work
8. show time
question:: those of you who are into yoga how many times a week do you go? and do you also workout besides yoga?
i did yoga prior to dancing but i just did it to do it. i'm tryna get my body in money making tip top shape now.
