Sushi is my favorite food ever, which I think is Japanese.
I also love good 'ol American and Chinese.![]()

Thai food kick this year! Yumm Mango Chicken!
I also love Newfie food.

I second the Indian. Or French.

I'm definitely for Japanese as well. Sushi is my crack.
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

I love Italian food and some Greek food as well.
Whats 6 inches long, 2 inches wide, and drives women wild?...... Money

Hmm, French food is pretty damn awesome. I'd love to say Indian or Chinese but some of it is so fatty or oily if you don't get it actually IN the country of origin. Not a fan of Italian. I LOVE tapas! Mmmm.
Okay, so #1 French (since I love the cheese so much), #2 Spanish

Baltic/European for breakfast
Spanish for lunch
Italian for dinner
French for desserts
"The point is, ladies and gentlemen, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right. Greed works" -GORDON GECCO
Italian and Japanese. Unf.
I feel a bit short-changed living in the American midwest though because I want to try REAL ethnic foods, not the watered-down US versions.![]()
Mexican and Italian, easy.
Burritos, tacos, all that meaty cheesy doughy tortilla crap that's bad for you...
Pasta, cheese, marinara, doughy breads and oh yeah, I can eat the crap out of that stuff.
It's why I'm dieting right now (and I've lost 26 pounds....)
Tough call...hot tea, miso soup, edamame beans and spicy types of futomaki rolls is probably my favorite meal that I could never get sick of. There's some other things in Japanese cuisine I also like.

I love Asian/Indian, Latin, Italian, & French. I need to explore more. I'm adventerous with my food.
Persian.

Indian
Italian
Thai

This is easy, Italian, but we may have the best Italian food in the country here.

I have to go with a region...Mediterranean. I love seafood, garlic & olive oil, not too fond of sheep & lamb though. Even with Italian, there is a clear difference between Northern & Southern Italian foods. I can't stand Indian food & I'm shocked to see so many like it...dam FPC's
Planet Earth. I love it all, can't pick a winner!

Indian! So many tasty dishes make it so easy to be vegetarian/vegan.
-- Nephele

Greek, Indian, Middle Eastern, Thai, Vietnamese. I'm mostly eating Indian now that I'm mostly veg. I've never been a huge fan of Italian, which sucks because that's what the Northeast is all about. I detest garlicy sauce.

Mexican is great because they have like 5 ingredients but make 60 different meals out of it.
Taco: Meat, sauce, tortilla...Burrito: Meat, sauce cheese, tortilla...Enchilada: Meat, beans, cheese, tortilla...
Japanese is excellent, but it's weird to think of only a decade or so ago when it wasn't popular at all. Talk about sushi and people would say "ew, that's raw fish!" and be disgusted. Now it's the biggest hipster food.
And fake American Chinese is better than authentic Chinese. I'll take the kung pao sweet 'n sour orange chicken over the stuff they serve in Chinatown and Alhambra. That's the one cuisine Americans made better.

Japanese--love sashimi and shabu shabu..
Vietnamese--saigon sandwiches are the best!
Thai-I *live* for green curry!
Korean- I think I eat kimchee on a daily basis
I think that is why I have stayed out here for so long because I am surrounded by amazing authentic asian food. This is my version of heaven=)

Gyros are awesome.
But I need potstickers sometimes.
Course there is Pad Thai too.
I eat one hell of a lot of Burritos.
The filipino place across town is yummy.
That's one of the reasons it is so damn awesome living in Colorado Springs.
There's ethnic foods or food fusions all over town.
Morrocan
German
Greek
Chinese
Japanese
Thai
Mexican
Filipino
Viet
Indian
Korean
Damn near anything and Laws that favor microbreweries too.
Yummy!
You know, I've lived in and visited cities with the "real" ethnic foods...New York, Chicago, Miami, San Fran, Philly....I've been to Mexico, Italy, France, Spain, the Caribbean, and...this will sound bad...sometimes the best ethnic food is made in the US. This is especially true of Mexican food.
I think it's the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
