Default Hair Glue in hair HELP PLZ

Yikes! First off I am white and I had extensions glued in (bad idea) I was able to get the extensions out with baby oil. It did not get all the glue out however. So now I have matted up wet hair glue spots in my hair along with oil residue I am not able to get out. I washed my hair after combed through tried to get as much glue out as I could...now I have this waxy wet glue mess in my hair. I tried soaking my hair in baby oil again but the glue is not dry it is wet and matted and weird. I read that rubbing alcohol will make the glue mess just dissolve. Anyone have any suggestions? I really do not want to go to the salon.

Bond remover and a tiny, tiny comb. Like a lice comb..or whatever it is called. Don't pull your hair out!

I also used bond remover and a tiny comb. I sectioned my hair in small sections and used the tiny comb and my fingers to rub the glue into a ball, to get it out. I only ever did glue extensions once and they looked soo manky, and the glue looked like I had dandfuff.

Bond glue remover is good, but it never worked well for me. Load your hair with a really rich conditioner, lay in a hot bath for 30 minutes, and carefully work a small tooth comb through your hair. That'll get most of the clumps out. Your hair might be kind of ...sticky in some places, but that will wash out with time.

I glued my extensions in for a long time and loved it. The glue will come out. No need to panic. Just have patience and don't rip your hair.

    This exactly.
I glued mine in for a long time and this was the only way the glue ever came out without ripping out tons of hair.

After removing the tracks using bond remover lotion or whatever works for you, use a shampoo specifically designed to remove the gunk. When I used to do my own extensions, I would shampoo with SalonPro brand glue remover shampoo (sold wherever you buy your hair), then slowly comb my hair while the shampoo was still in. I would usually have to do this 2 or 3 times. Then just use your normal conditioner.
