    Question I have a little issue..

    i been working as a dancer for about 8 years. i have been dancing on && off for the last two years.. i had my daughter in 2008 .. and I seem to have got thicker (NOT FAT) Im content wit hthe weight I have gained... But I want to lose my little baby bump and tone my stomach! does anyone have sugestions on how to go about this? Thank you so much in advance!

    Diet=80%. Personally I don't eat grains and no carbs after 6pm. That works wonders for me although for some it's extreme.

    Exercise=20%. Run on a treadmill 5x p/w.

    Diet. Eat like a caveman. So, eat meats, fruits, and vegetables, nothing else. No grains, no dairy, no processed foods, no sodas, you get the idea..... don't worry about counting calories or fat, just eat when you are hungry and stay active...... you don't have to spend hours bouncing on the elliptical, you are better off doing sprints and lifting heavy weights.

    I also love the treadmill, turn the incline up to 9 at least, and sprint/walk sprint/walk sprint/walk.

    What has worked for me is drinking green tea instead of sodas or sugary juices as well as drinking a good amount of water each day, this will help flush out toxins and keep you healthy while avoiding calories.     This one has been particularly helpful with weight loss IMO and one of the ones that makes me feel the healthiest after I've drank it (sounds weird, but if you've tried several green teas you'll know what I mean). It is also not a really earthy one, it has a nice, citrusy flavor.

    I would also try to use an elliptical machine as it does help tone your legs and belly weight. Pilates and yoga are also excellent for toning and losing stubborn belly fat. I have a pilates instructor that helps me target my problem areas, this might be a cool thing to do once or twice (private lesson) just to get an idea of what exercises would be best for your body type. I think using a personal trainer once in your gym of choice could be really beneficial as well. Sometimes we don't realize what exercises will benefit our body most until a professional points them out, lol.

    this x1,000,000!! Once you cut stuff out of your diet for a week you forget how tasty you thought it was.

    a lot of people want to finish what is on their plate instead of stopping when they are full. Leftovers, baby!

    My girlfriend at work is on the Paleolithic diet and she looks so cut it's amazing. She has always always been in shape, is a crossfit girl, all of that but just tweaking her diet to get rid of the grains send her figure over the edge. Grains, who needs grains??

    Thank u so mkuch ladies.. see the thing is I let myself fall of.. I'm 25 and I'm over all the cottage cheese tht as appeared on my back theighs... so depressing I just want to look ok again.. I never bbeen the one do any walking runing .. nothing at all.... but I willl try these suggestions thankkk uuuu
