Any of you blondes out there that use or have used this line of shampoos, which do you recommend? I have caramel, some honey, and some very light blonde highlights throughout my hair. My hair dresser used watered down bleach and it took two visits to get this full spectrum of brown-blonde highlights. I know since it's bleach they will lighten on their own as time goes by, but I was wondering if there is a shampoo out there that will bring out the blonde and really make it lighten/vibrant like the sun lightened it type of look, WITHOUT changing my natural dark brown/almost black color at the roots.
I already tried Joico Color Endure Violet shampoo and wasn't too thrilled with it. It hardly made a difference and was extremely drying. In the past, I've used Goldwell Live Blonde shampoo which I liked, but if there is something better (and cheaper) out there and I'm all for trying it.....
So, with the John Frieda, there are several options:
1. http://www.johnfrieda.com/en-US/Prod...-Darker-Shades
This is the color of my highlights, with a few eve lighter ones mixed throughout. I'm not sure if I should just get this, or if the other one for lighter blonde would make a more dramatic difference (without lightening my natural dark roots)
2. http://www.johnfrieda.com/en-US/Prod...Lighter-Shades
This is the one for lighter shades of blonde. I also wonder if this would be more drying than the one for darker blonde.
3. http://www.johnfrieda.com/en-US/Prod...hening-Shampoo
Here is one for all blondes.... would it really make my hair that much shinier, versus the other two blonde shampoos?
4. http://www.johnfrieda.com/en-US/Prod...tening-Shampoo
This one is supposed to lighten your hair, would it lighten my natural color as well as my highlights?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated!
