Anyone have this, & do you do anything for it? I do, & it seems to be getting worse, I don't want to/can't have surgery..I have those thingies you wear, they're like oven mitts.

i do. i make sure i'm super aligned when i'm at the piano, and try to spend less time playing kenken on my phone. i'm not sure what helped me specifically but i did a lot of self-healing and that seems to have done the trick.

I've drastically improved mine with MSM (the crystals work better than the pill form) and by massaging my wrist and hands with magnesium oil. Nothing else ever worked. I highly recommend MSM. It's made a major difference in a condition I thought would never get better.

msm makes me so sweaty. omg i thought i was going crazy until i realized it was a common side effect. but is great when menstruating because i get very chilly so i hit a balance.

oh but regarding cts, the longer my computer is off, the better it seems for me.
Are you certain it's CTS?
I have repetitive motion damage in both my arms from a prior job and it presents EXACTLY like CTS. You might want to go to a clinic and talk to a nurse/physician about the specific symptoms and let them diagnose it.

I had a problem with it some time ago. I did a bit of web searching on homeopathic treatments and saw recommendations for taking foods that were anti inflammatories to reduce the swelling. One big recommendation was fresh pineapples. I had Whole Foods around the corner from work and for a long time bought a package of sliced pineapples and ate them on the way home from work. It seemed to help.

Thanks, sounds yummy too!
