They put issues in many of the clubs for people to take, yet the only people I've seen with them are dancers.
Do the men actually use this mag to look for clubs, peepshows and escorts?

It's not about what you do for a living, it's about who you want to be.

I read it every month (I have an on-line subscription) but I don't use it for much. I have checked out a couple of clubs after seeing them featured in extreme but in both cases I was disappointed. Much like any "fluff" magazine the editors set out to make every club they visit look like a great spot with a party atmosphere and nothing but "10's" working every day and every shift. We all know that's not reality.
I laugh at the escort listings. I would never look for one in a magazine.
But, people who are new to hobbying and escorts will use those inserts. I know people who have. They do learn fast if they aren't completely put off by the experience! But, back "in the day" those magazines, Village Voice, etc were the only way for us escorts to advertise.

"Back in the day" I would have agreed with you. The local "free" papers or the local street corner were the only games in town. Nowadays I think most guys are going to the internet first.

I find it and similar printed material useful to find clubs when traveling, as an updated source. So many on the web are for long gone clubs...
