    Default diet pills

i just asked someone about taking diet pills but i wanted to see if anyone else takes them..

i know they aren't magic pills for overweight people who think just taking pills alone will make them lose weight, but will they do anything helpful for someone who already eats healthy and works out consistently?

anyone take them in a healthy way (with food and working out) and actually have some good results?

I've had a couple experiences with diet pills.

1- The "bad" ones, bought from Asia that contain subutramine (the ingredient in Meridia, for obese people). They suppress your appetite really well and I lost about 10-15 pounds, along with diet and exercise. They're hard to find, a lot are fake, and they're expensive. Not suggesting those, just being honest.

2- I've also taken the ones that contain caffeine and such, prior to working out. I prefer those. OxyElite Pro is what I take now. They're not magic, obviously. They just amp you up for your workout, give you energy and make you push yourself a little harder. If I'm like "uuuugh I don't want to workout... waaaah" but take one and wait 15 minutes, it definetly MAKES me workout.

I wouldnt recomend any diet pills. Because they work temporarily, the only way to lose weight and maintain it, is with proper diet and exercise. If you dont have energy you can drink green tea before the workout. Other energy drinks have way too much caffeine and is not good for your health. It can interfere with your sleep and create addition plus after a while you get used to them and you won't feel it anymore. Plus you are gonna feel super tired after a while.

Diet pills are really only good to help you lose an additional 10% in weight loss. (And I'm paraphrasing some book here, but I can't remember which one right now.)

I love them. Currently taking Dren, but ephedrine is really the best (to me). Some don't like ephedra/ephedrine products but I do.

Love 'em. OxyElite Pro has never failed me. If anyone has any recs aside from that, I'd really appreciate it; I'm close to needing a new bottle!

Zantrex 3.... little blue pills that make everything poetry. They work very well, I half the dosage recommended so that I don't get jittery, but in 2 weeks they deliver lovely results.

Dren is strong so def don't take it and then NOT work out. You'll crawl up the walls and not in a good way. Once I took two pills and threw up for hours because it's just too much. That being said I like Dren bc it doesn't have a crash like ephedra/ephedrine pills do. I only take one per day which is really good for someone who is accustomed to diet pills and has taken them for 10 years off and on.

Dren does not have a super high appetite suppressant, so for that I will take 12mg of ehphedrine, which is found in asthma medicine. Specifically I use the Walgreens brand of Bronchial Asthma Relief tablets. Other people like Bronkaid.

As for my workouts, I'm a runner, 20-30 miles per week. I do not eat grains at all except for occasionally oatmeal. No bread, cookies, rice, chips, any of that, ever. Not even on cheat days. Eliminating grains has made more diff in how my body looks than any amount of running or working out or diet pills ever did.

    That's what I'm taking now.
I do the half dose too because I notice when I take 2, I am too wired...like I've been on a meth binge or something.

But, since I started taking them, about a week and a half ago, I've dropped 4lbs.

huh, I'll have to take the zantrex and try them out.

I like gluten-light eating for myself but lately I've been very protein and everything heavy when I do better on fruit, veggies, and the occasional turkey sandwich.

But with cutting gluten from the diet before I've noticed within a week my pants are really loose.

I'm just excited I'm finally getting to a point where I won't have to depend on restaurants and take out due to my lifestyle getting a little bit more stable and that should help bunches.

This will be my first time trying diet pills so I'll see how I like it! Thanks everyone!

So target was out of zantrex3 and I popped down to CVS where they were selling both the Zantrex3 (blue bottle) and the Zantrex3 Fat Burner (Red Bottle) on sale for the same price for around $20 and I decided on the red bottle.

I took it last night and while I did notice some appetite suppressing. No huge bursts of energy. But then again, I took just one pill. I then took it this afternoon when I woke up and I'm about to eat, and I'll try to take another one later.

I looked at the amazon reviews for this and oxylite pro and I kind of wish I'd found the oxylite pro.

In our club in Poland there is a huge preasure to keep fit. we all you different diet pills from time to time. when i first started working in the club i always felt fat compare to other girls.
those pills i will tell you about now are very agressive when it comes to weight loss and everyone who decide to take them has to go to the doctor and just do check in on your thyroid
as if you have a problem wih it while u dont even know u will rist taking hormonal pills for the rest of your life.
in fact T3 pills has lost me lots of weight.
i dont feel hungry (but im eating to avoid side effects), have nice abs (well only started) and genarally everything is fine.

On your guys recommendation I just went out and got OxyElite Pro. My Dren ran out and I feel that I'm getting tolerant to it, so I'll do OEP and see how it goes. I'm excited!

I do if I don't work out after taking them. It's like too much energy to just be sitting around and I freaked out once. Husband had to talk me down.

When I need a boost in my regimen I take Burn 60 from GNC. They help me lose a little extra for an important event but once I stop taking them I will usually gain the weight back. Also, they are not recommended for people with depression. I took them every day for 2 weeks once and when I stopped I became extremely depressed. Didn't want to get out of bed, couldn't smile, etc. I imagine any kind of speed will have that effect on the user.

BTW, the bottle says to take 2 pills but I only take 1. I tried 2 once and felt cracked out, like I'd snorted an 8-ball. Not that I would know what that felt like
