I was thinking about something that happened to me and wondering if this happened to other people. This happened over 15 years ago but still bothers me.
I had seen this ad in the paper for a new club. I knew this club was opening so I knew it was a real club. I go to the audition and the audition was in a law office. Ok this in itself was odd but figured the club wasn't open yet. He then asked me to dance in my bikini to a song and give him a private dance. I did this and didn't give it much thought until he then asked me to strip nude. I did this and he required me to stand nude in front of him (he didn't touch me). This struck me as rather creepy but having been dancing for awhile I had been used to creepy things. I didn't give it much thought until several months later when I ran into another dancer who told me about a guy who was using the idea of auditioning dancers to take hidden video. She then told me who it was and I believe it was the same guy. The club is gone now.
I have auditioned at other nude clubs (decided not to work at them) and they didn't require me to stand nude in front of a man. These clubs had me come in and do an audition. I didn't have to go nude in these auditions but I believe they required topless. Other clubs had me wear a costume and had the manager look at me (usually a woman).
I can't be the only one who endured something like this. For those who work at nude clubs did you have to do this or did you just have to audition as I did with the other clubs?
