Default Fixing the plastic strap on my stripper heels?

So on one of my stripper heels, the plastic strap that goes over my toes is partially torn... and I'm wondering if it's possible to fix it. Don't want it to keep tearing and break completely. Is there anything I can do? I wear the heels with socks and legwarmers because without them, my foot starts to slide out through the wide, torn opening.

Am I just SOL? I would really hate to lose a pair of otherwise awesome shoes!! <3

ETA: It's a clear plastic strap, not one of those thick colored ones. Like this: http://www.snaz75.com/pl-xtreme-808.html

Time for new shoes. It's not like they're expensive.

Yes, but I can't say a repair won't like awful.

You can keep wearing them, but will totally bust your ass when they give out. Try duct tape or just buy a new pair of shoes! They aren't meant to last forever. You can get those ones online for about $40.

The honest answer hun..? Save yourself the hassle and buy new shoes.

I model fetish heels for a living and have loads of clear stripper heels. Some of them are rare Vintage examples from the early '80's......and I have spent fortunes having rips and tears repaired. For the Vintage heels it's the only way 'cos they can't be replaced - but for work heels, you'll never get a repair that looks as good as new - or is as cheap as buying a new pair.
