I have had ZERO motivation to get to the gym these last few months. I'm losing tone and I can't stand it. I want to go. Everyday I plan to go, and then I sit around and do nothing. How do I get motivated again? I want to be healthy throughout the next few months, and I know it will be easier to lose the weight after too.... so someone please tell me how to make myself get up and go! I know I'll feel so much better too!![]()
