Default ATLANTA: how is it right now and what is the licensing fees all about?

So I've been hearing about ATL for years but have always been intimidated and quite frankly frightened to try it out.

I think I have my wits together now and am thinking about giving it a go. I always thought you had to be super thick, make your ass clap, do flips on the pole, or be hood to work in the "make it rain" clubs. I'm none of those thing so I though maybe it wouldn't be for me.

Flipping through the posts assures me that it might just be a great place for me to try out after all. My question is this: how much is the licensing fee and how does that work?

when is the best time to go out there? Is it slow right now or is it the best time right now?

I was thinking of going sometime in the fall...please advise.

    Thanks!

Fall will be good, especially with the NFL games back on.

The Fulton County club permits are $375 or $400. You must pay for one permit to each club you want to work at. So if you want to work at Magic City and Onyx, that will be $800 out of pocket.

The Dekalb County club's permit cost either $350 I think. One of them went up since I left GA, I just don't remember which. There you can club hop. One permit for all the clubs in the jurisdiction.

You don't have to be super thick, but the bigger the booty and the better you can shake it or perform, the more $ you will make. Places like Magic City even prefer smaller dancers, of course they are beasts on the pole so I personally wouldn't work there to have to compete with that.

Plus depending on when you come, there is another(!!) club opening. If it's still on it's 'hottest new thing' wave, you just might benefit. I have a feeling it will do good at first, but after that...who knows.

I know Im late but I dance in ATL..Im black

    Strokers-not hot right now

Magic City-good money to be made but theres a lot of politics involved. its a small club and management hires almost anyone so be prepared to hustle hard and check a dancer or two. its also not consistent. meaning you might make 3grand one night and 50 bucks the next. Management is really iffy and they play favorites

Onyx-IDK much about this club but from what i hear its great. Girls are even bitchier than at Magic City.

Kamals21-doing well. They have a bitch slap contest on Wed that does pretty good and the dancers look rough so if you're a pretty girl you can do well there

clubs like pin ups/blue fame/ blaze are not even on my radar because they are too ghetto

I know a lot of people talk shit about Fulton Industrial but you can make decent money there without fucking. TRUST ME. A lot of girls do a night there to get their permt money. Theres lots of drugs and prostitution in the area so drug dealers come in and make it rain...I REPEAR YOU DONT HAVE TO DO EXTRAS. its not somewhere you want to work for a long time because those girls are ruthless but its a good stepping stone

^^ Fulton Industrial is a road that has lots of smaller, less "desirable" clubs.
