Thanks so much for all the tips girls, this is just what i need to hear right now. I think you're probably right about starting off slow. I had all these plans then i suddenly thought hey i haven't done any exercise or controlled my diet for SO long, if i try it all at once my body is NOT going to be happy lol! So tomorrow is the first day of my new (revised) plan. I'm going to try a short run in the morning, mixing it with walking, and i'm going for an induction at my local gym in the afternoon. I figure it's a heck of a lot of money in fees, but if there's someone there to show me the ropes of getting fit and support me, then that alone is worth it. Plus the gym is cosy and warm when it's horrid weather outI'm going to do the zumba class on thurs too, so in total that makes it one or two walk/ runs, one or two gym sessions, and one exercise class for the first week. Will slowly build it up from there. Hehe i'm actually excited about it
