    Default help my pinky toes!

I cannot wear any other brand of shoes besides sunset strip because I have extremely narrow feet so the guy at tonys made me a 7 with a 5 top and they are still too big. There's a quarter inch gap were the shoes dont touch my foot so I bought gel insoles problem is I didn't have them my last trip and wore different ones and now I have these huge blisters or bunion things on my pinky toes and the left one has a hole in the middle that's like got dries blood and it's black around the side? Should I go to a podiatrist? Can they shave them off? The left one is so painful there is no way I could work and it's been 8 days since I've worked.

I remember every time my ex played soccer he would get those dried black things on his toes and on the sides, he never really paid any attention to it and it would usually go away within a week or so. However, he used to put most of his body weight on the side and he eventually got insoles. I recommend you to go to the podiatrist.

Thanks guys I've had something similar last year on the left one and it went away but this is really bad it looks like a volcano with a little hole. I wonder if they shave them off or what? I have insurance but a specialist I pay 20% plus 40 copay so the visit will be around 110 out of pocket to me and I don't want to go for them to say just let it heal.

I think they will freeze it and then remove it.

Man that sound painful but it's better than having this. Plus I have nice feet and these things are making them look ugly!

Sounds like you have a "Soft Corn".... but if you're not working because of this condition, it makes way more sense to see a doctor, heal up right, and get back to making $$$.

I don't have much experience with this particular ailment..... You can google the term "soft corn pinky toe" and see if the symptoms match what you have. You can look up various treatments through that. You can discuss the pros and cons of treatment with your doctor...

BUT YOU GOTTA GO TO A DOCTOR.

An open wound is susceptible to infection. And feet, being moist & microbe-y, aren't the best area to maintain an open wound.

C'mon! Dried blood, black stuff on the side, extreme pain!!! See a doctor.... ASAP.

I researched this and it might be what I have but doctors don't really do any thing for it. They recomend not wearing tight shoes or shoes that rub and there is a stuff like wort remover that can be used but not on my left one since it rubbed so much that I think it made a blitster or a bloody spot on the corn. They look 60% better today so I am not going to a podiatrist if they go away since there's nothing they can really do for it.
