    Default <nonickname> on SM

I just did a 25 minute show with a guy on streamate & I went into my earnings page and it said <nonickname> (in the show he had a name) ...I clicked on him and it said "there is no information on this member" so I can't even leave a note or see if he rated me or anything.
Now I'm kinda nervous thinking maybe it's a scammer. The $$ is in my earnings for now, but I've never seen this before.
    Anyone else had this happen?

No, I have never seen that, but if the money is showing on your report, it is probably ok.

Yeah, as long as my $$ stays in there, I'm happy...especially since it was such a long show & I busted my ass the entire time

Just to be on the safe side, take a screenshot of your earnings report showing the funds in there and the time details of the show, AND the <nonickname> "no information about this customer" thing.

If there is any dispute, at least you will have something to back yourself up.

I do this anytime I see something weird in my accounts or transactions because....well, a lil CYA never hurt anybody but it sure can help! This is also useful if you have to email support, because if you can attach a picture of what you're talking about, that often is SO much more clear than trying to explain it via text.

Actually, I have regulars whose payments show up this way. I have no idea why that is or what it means, but I make notes about who shows up as "no nickname" because I want to be able to remember when I look at the earnings page. I ALWAYS get paid from these shows, and I have about four or five people who come back and see me all the time who show up as "no nickname."

I used to think that it meant they cancelled their account. I kind of panicked the first time it happened. I thought, "Oh, my show was so bad that he cancelled his account." The second time it happened, my husband suggested that they were spending so much money on me that they cancelled the account as a form of self-control so they wouldn't spend more. But then a few of these guys came back again, and again they showed up as "no nickname" on my earnings report.

You could e-mail SM support and ask why this is, just so you have an answer to the curiousness of it, but please don't worry. Your money from the show will still be there

^Really, that's not a bad idea. Like I said a lil CYA never hurt anyone but it sure can be helpful. Not that you expect something bad to happen, but that you want to have your bases covered regardless.
