So I've been getting run down during the day lately. I don't drink coffee since I've never really been into. Plus for some reason I think like i smell like coffee the rest of the day. So I drink tea for my caffeine addiction. But that has been lately NOT doing the trick. So I tried (an ex gf recommended this)
I've tried it and it works. I haven't had any bad effects unlike that "5 hour energy energy drink". Are there any other recommendation for boosting energy during the day? And yes I do go to the gym.
