Just log on. They might think it's sexy. Men are weird. I have bad allergies too, sometimes. Or do you mean your eyes are swollen and red looking like pink eye? If so, I don't know about that. I am referring to sneezing a lot.

I have allergies too, I think from dust, pollen, and animal dander. Not sure which one it is I am allergic too or if it's all three, was never tested for allergies, because I never had them until I got older. Anywho.........Zyrtec works wonders for me. Lasts up to 24 hours. I don't even have to take it everyday I just take it when I need it. You can pick it up at any drugstore in the pharmacy area.

I get allergies too at weird random times, I know I'm allergic to dust and mold but those are things I can usually control. But sometimes I will get this horrible watery eye thing and it always happens just after I've finished putting on my makeup. Like it waters on the outer corners and then on my upper eyelids and completely messes up everything I've just done.

I have found the best solutions for me are taking two Benadryl at night in addition to my usual daytime Claritin for a couple of days to knock it out, and throwing on my glasses for camming when I feel like my eyes look like shit. I don't need them except for distance/driving and I don't feel like using them affects my $ at all. I'm actually camming with my glasses more often than not these days just because, or throw them on midway when I've messed up my eye makeup from working. It sounds like you did just fine even with your allergies, but if you wanted to get some vanity glasses or something for the future I find they hide (or at least blur) a multitude of imperfections!

I have allergies too, but I have only had this problem for two years. I live in the south and the pollen is rampant here omg. My allergy problem was really intense this summer for some strange reason. My eyes were watering bad and my nose was itching and draining none stop, which is not sexy and mess up my make up. I would take benedryl and that helped but I told my doctor and he prescribed me something called loratadine and it works. Im supposed to take it everyday but I take it once a week and it seems to work fine for me.

I think I figured out what the problem is. Potassium Alum. It's used in cosmetics to help tighten the skin, shrink under eye bags and lid droop. In this case the tube I bought is designed to shrink something else (further south) hehe but I was using it under my eyes. I was using it as a trial based on it's price as an alternative to spending much more for an Olay product which costs $69.99

So... what did I learn? Two things.

#1 It's a darn good thing I only paid $9.99 for my rash as opposed to $69.99.
    #2 Vanity has a price.

It's almost easier for me to list what I am NOT allergic too than to run down my list of allergies. I think the vanity glasses is a really good idea. I do have eye glasses but they are for distance so my eyes will cross if I use them at the computer LOL. Thank you for that suggestion!

Yes, I did end up doing well even though I was loopy as criminiy from my antihistamines. I'm actually shocked but I guess that goes back to the other thread where we touched on how we gain a following. The vulnerability in my flaw became my most beautiful asset.
