    Question tattoos and being hispanic

I am in a transition to take my craft of dancing more serious.. traveling and trying other clubs and such.

My question to you ladies who do have many years of experience is..

How does me having 18 tattoos and being hispanic effect my chances of dancing at other clubs..

Right now I work at a urban club.. but I want to do more than just be a booty poppin vixen

Only reason I ask is because I seen threads with this tattoo debate thingy and I'm kinda worried now.

How much does it effect your money and why?

Second what turbo hips said. I'm half mexican half Irish. In north Dakota it wasn't well received. In missouri I was the hottest thing since sliced bread. (It also helped that I have all my teeth and i'm under 200llbs) In PA I had to take out my many piercings, but most people like my tats. Here in Arizona I have not observed heavily tatted anybody's. I don't know how clubs outside of Tuscon are but I wisely decided to abandon my quest to work here. I knew instinctively I wouldn't make shit.

but with my new pair of fakies I don't think my tats will make a difference.

When you say "Hispanic", how do you physically look?
Do you have the typical Amerindian physique (dark skin, short height, dark hair and apple shaped body)?

Because Hispanic=/=Amerindian (Indigenous). You can be Caucasian (think Penelope Cruz and Alexis Bledel), or Black (think Zoe Saldana and Cristina Milian) and still be Hispanic. It will all depend on how you actually look.

Many places are pretty friendly with girls with tattoos.

Personally I don't think it matters if you're white, black, or green. Some places just don't like heavily tatted girls period.

    ^True. Mostly upscale places.

I mention the color thing because I know places that do not like Spanish speakers, no matter how white or how black they are...and I'm talking from personal experience (myself and another dancer who's a close friend of mine, and she's mulatto).

Upscale won't like it. Depending on your location everyone can be tat'd or no one. Really depends. Won't know til you start seriously looking.

If your tats worry you, cover them. But it does depend on where you are.

People mistaken me for black and white. No one ever really thinks I'm hispanic or believes me for that fact.. until I speak it. But my friends say I look like I'm white (Penelope Cruz) . I have over 18 tattoos ... I'm a pretty girl but I have a more aggressive attitude and it shows when you meet .. but I don't mean harm.. I feel like that also pushes customers away and people from letting me work .. or maybe I'm just thinking to hard. Lol..I'm about to get corny...

But deep down inside I want to take this to another level.. I know if I got on the right path I can make way more money than wht I'm doing now.i I just feel lost and don't know what's the best move or for that matter where to even start I work at a urban club in NC and I feel like I can do better than that... sorry for just rambling lol

I would consider you heavily tattooed just by your placement. Honestly you need to find a place where the girls are tattooed too. I have a chest tattoo also and alot of people didn't notice but with yours its all I notice. Granted its the picture but it takes away from your face. That's what someone is going to think who doesn't like tattoos. Someone who does wont give a shit what you have they will just think its cool that you don't have trashy badly done tattoos. You should post a better picture of your face btw you look cute but its hard to tell, I bet being Latin will be more of a plus one.

I don't think it is necessary to post a full face pic if you aren't comfortable with it. Even if we all think you are gorgeous you still have the club hiring manager to contend with, not us.

Regardless of what you can pass as, you are light enough to get a foot in, but the tattoos will be the issue. Ugh, I look forward to the day these old foagies with their hangups about ink will croak and it won't be such a big issue. I don't plan on getting a chest tattoo, but I have thought about a sleeve. I'm still on the fence about it.

I think your pretty hott, now that I can get better placement ratios I really think the chest tattoo would hinder you and it be worth it to cover it up for work.

^I also agree with Aslinn; you're very hot!!!!

Despite the strict rules in Virginia, most clubs are very friendly towards girls with lots of tats.
