    Default New Club Suggestions?

So I've been away from this site for a while due to my gf being pregnant with twins, and although that is making more than enough excitement in our lives, we have decided to get back into running clubs, and are thinking about purchasing a small building in vegas with the permits attached to the building. We would basically be building the club from the ground up. I managed a club in Buffalo, NY, and my girlfriend actually owned that one, and an additional one in Vegas years ago, but neither of us is too familiar with the Vegas strip club scene as it is now.

My purpose for this thread is; assuming that we do get the club, which isn't a sure thing, what would be some things that we could do to entice dancer's to work there... within reason. Obviously the more money to make, the better, but what policies or ideas could we implement in order to make the club attractive to the dancers, and to the customers? And obviously lower house fees and less cuts of dances would entice, but other than the obvious... any ideas?

x25375386746437. Let dancers set their own schedules (no mandatory shift bullshit), but I think it's okay to ask them to sign up for their shifts each week so that way you have a way of capping girls. Promote the club but not with cheap deals because that'll just bring in a crowd that isn't there to spend. Don't take a cut of dances if you can avoid it, but go for taking a cut of VIP rooms. Have staggered house fees (free/very low for dead shifts, low for day shifts, medium for early evening, and highest for coming in from 8-9pm or whenever it's busy). Get a competent DJ and a stage system where girls don't have to cut dances short to go up on stage when there are other girls just sitting around and able to go up instead.

Most importantly, make money off the customers, not the girls. Yes, collect house fees and cuts of VIPs, but don't overbook girls just to get hundreds in house fees and don't charge bullshit fines.

No, don't take cuts of VIPs. Make bottle minimums in VIP & make money off that. Vegas dancers are used to getting the whole amount in VIP, if you try to take a cut nobody will want to work for you. But we can easily sell a bottle of veuve for $300+ every hour so you profit too.
Make an overnight shift too, and make sure the house moms treat the girls well. Don't let the staff date the dancers and they can tell the girls on their first night that tips are expected, but don't let them become extortionists if they aren't getting as much as they want. That's a big problem in Vegas clubs and I'm sure a lot of dancers would be happy to work in a place where there's minimal drama in that area.
