Default Best cam toy(materials)....and is lelo worth it

I use a basic vibrator, but I now stay away from jelly toys, bc of most made with unsafe materials. I'm looking to upgrade to silicone, but its so expensive. They say hard plastic is also safer bc it is not as porous as jelly or TPR, but I'm not sure i would like a hard plastic vibe.

I've been looking to get a lelo vibe but im not sure if it would be worth it or not. What are your experiences with silicone vibrators/dildos? What material of toy do you prefer to use(glass, plastic, silicone, ect.)? Thanks

i prefer glass and plastic, but i've heard great things about the lelo line and i really want to try a few of them they're latex and phthalate free and nonporous so you should be pretty safe.

    Tantus is a good company!

Tantus is afforable - high grade silicone. http://www.tantusinc.com/ and they just came out with realistic dildos. Score!

After having an awful reaction to a cheap $20 rubber/latex (whatever crazy material it was) dildo I have dropped all plastic, jelly rubber, cyberskin toys. I don't buy them. I don't even look at them. They are AWFUL and are NOT meant to go inside your body! I'd recommend reading up on it here: http://www.villagevoice.com/2007-01-...dildos-part-1/

Seriously, not directed at you OP but for anyone else reading this? STOP BUYING CHEAP SHITTY TOYS. This is a SEX toy, you are putting it INSIDE your body....mouth, pussy, ass. Why in gods name would you be so cheap to spend only $10 on something you are deepthroating, licking, and sticking inside you. It just baffles me.

    That said,

I stick to the following: Steel, Silicone, Glass, and Wood and they are expensive but TOTALLY worth it. Most toys have warrentys, and all of the materials I just listed do not degrade over time and last forever (or just about) and are 100% being safe for you health wise.

Wooden Toys: NobEssence Pricey but awesome and gorgeous toys. 'Fling' and 'Romp' are both great.

Steel: NJoy - I just picked up the Njoy PureWand - best toy I've ever had hands down.

Glass: Don Wands are cheap affordable glass toys - Made of Pyrex so theres no risk of them shattering inside of you, lol.

    Silicone:

Tantus - which I also mentioned above. Awesome. Cheap. Check out the closeout sale items often!

Lelo is a great company. They have a warranty on all? of their toys if I remember right.

Vixskin is my FAVORITE. Each dildo is about $100 a pop but ISWEARTOGOD it's worth it. They have dildos that come in Silicone and then in a material they call Vixskin which is like a super silicone? - Idk however they malnipulated it, it feels as close as a real cock as you can get. All the dildos are very realistic. Maverick and Johnny are AWESOME dildos.

Now, I haven't ever shopped directly with these websites because I'm too cheap and I love deals, so I'd recommend shopping at the following:

SheVibe has the BEST prices I've found for toys anywhere. I love them. Fast shipping too!

    Other Misc toys:

Amazon has some good deals on toys:

Wahl - The price went up on this - I originally got mine for $12 but It's still a great vibe. Comes with a few different attachments.

Don Wand Bent Graduate - My personal favorite glass toy. $17.

Hitachi Magic Wand - Everyone needs this vibrator. Men. Women. Everyone. Don't think. Just buy it, lol. Also, Vixskin sells Hitachi attachments that are waaay better than the ones Amazon sells.

And no, I'm not affiliated with any of these company's - I just love sex toys and am kind of a freak about it, lol.

I like glass, silicone, and my steel Njoy. The main complaint some people have with Lelo is the power of the vibration. It is a more subtle vibration, if you need a Hitachi to get off, you won't enjoy it, but I loooove my Lelo Iris. It's the largest Lelo they make, I think. It's rechargable, so it never uses batteries. The texture is ... not super slippery, it has a little grip to it, for better friction, but I definitely have to lube it up before using it. I can't use jelly toys without immediate, burning pain from the phthalates.

I agree on Tantus - and OP if you go to their closeout items almost everything listed is $20 and under - plus first time customers get a 10% discount:

I prefer glass for shows. I do have a couple regular type toys for bj shows (I'm scared of chipping a tooth using glass, LOL).

I do like Lelo's Gigi, but the Elise is just a weaker, wonkier version of Jimmyjane's Form 6. I strongly recommend Jimmyjane for vibes (plus, they're a more charitable, sex-worker friendly company). Like redacted said, these definitely aren't like the Hitachi in terms of brutal force, but some of the vibration patterns are hot.

I want to add a vote for Njoy - it's a good alternative to a glass dildo for g-spot pressure with low (no) friction. I have the Pure Wand and the Eleven. The Eleven took some time to get used to since I need to work it a little differently, but it's amazing when it hits the right spot. It's very expensive and intimidates the hell out of my cam room, so I don't know if it's a good cam investment, but it feels great.

Also adding a vote for Vixskin. Pricey, yes, but awesome. Definitely worth it. Feels so much like real cock, it's ridiculous.

And to answer the OP's question: I use glass dildos 80% of the time. The rest of what I own is silicone and steel, which I use for variety. In terms of prioritizing expense, I would shell out for a silicone dildo before a silicone vibe, but that just might be my cam style. I don't use vibes on cam that often.
