I use the mineral makeup from mac. The mineral foundation cream and the mineral skin finish...and sometimes the loose mineral powder foundation. I have bad under eye circles (my veins under my eyes are dark) and I use the mac concealer that comes in the small little round tub thingy. I think nit works well with the mineral makeup
i use bobbi brown for the undereye and then mac studio fix on any blemishes. MUFE is nice too, as far as i've heard.
i liked nars's stick when i tried it - it's a bit more viscous than mac's but i wouldn't use either on the undereye area.
I live and stake my life on Make Up Forever. I wear glasses and have spots because of it and you would never know. They have a wide range of tones for every skin tone.
Ain't nothing more important than the mula!!

Inglot AMC Cream Concealer works pretty good for me

I love Makeup Forever as well, but it's pretty expensive. If you're looking for a cheaper concealer option, Neutragena has a great stick out. My skin actually improved from daily use of it.

i tried mufe concealer and preferred mac pro longwear concealer. both are nice, just a matter of color matching and formula (mufe is creamier, mac pro is liquidier)
I find it amusing when we are all debating super high end high performance makeup brands, then someone chimes in about Wet N Wild brand or how amazing just dabbing an ice cube in apple cider vinegar works wonders.....

I changed my diet around (less sugar) and found that my dark circles lessen by a good 85% or so. So I use really light weight concealers. Cheap ones, both Maybelline.
I do still have the pots of my Benefit concealer that's thicker. It's the salmon colored stuff. It's a great neutral color. I just use it very sparingly.

^ I think I will buy that foundation next it sounds good, at the moment I use Guerlain lingerie de peau which is quite good but I wana change it up for winter.

Illamasqa is no joke. That shit is not for amateurs, it's true stage makeup.
OP, do you like thick, creamy concealers, or light buildable ones? I love YSL Touche Clat, but it is very thin, light and sheer (I don't have bad dark circles) the color of No. 3 though is the only one I've found that is PERFECT for yellow undertone skin, and it is very brightening, but I don't know how. It's not shimmery or glittery, somehow it just brightens naturally. it's my absolute favorite! Givenchy makes a similar product that is good but comes in different shades. I also like Benefit Erase Paste, it's salmon colored and brightening, but more in a fake way. It's in a pot, and very thick and creamy.

You ladies kill me!
Anyway, I need it to have moisturizing qualities too or it crinkles up. I have very very dark hereditary type dark circles I use Cover Girl with the sponge applicator, it's ok but not creamy enough. I do prefer not to spend a lot on cosmetics, I may sometimes, definitely would on my hair for the right product
Oh, I almost forgot, I actually got this idea in this forum section: Hard Candy brand Glam-o-flauge, it is the only thing that comes close to covering my deep dark circles, you have to get it at wal mart (& you must look online to find a store that actually carries it). It's again, not as moisturizing as I need. It comes with a tiny matching pencil, supposedly great for covering tatts..I have not used it for that..
Also, (ha just putting on my makeup, so I'm coming up/w all this) NYX brand flesh-toned eyeshadow base, yes it's a base but I layer it under/over concealers..

1) i'm in love with jd. no homo.
2) answer your phone there was something that occurred to me that i thought maybe you would want to know.
3) illamasqua is stateside now?

i love boi-ing by benefit concealer. best one i have ever used.

I bought MUFE Panstick about a year ago for a foundation. Hated it and threw it in the back of my cosmetic drawer in a huff. Shit was like spackle and made me break out.
Recently found it again, and have been using it as an undereye concealer. Completely floored at how well it's working for me. Can't understand why I hated it so much a year ago. Perhaps it has something to do with my skin going from very oily to very dry in the last year.
If you're looking for a cheaper brand, I liked Revlon's undereye corrector for day-to-day life.

Benefit Boi-ing is the only thing that covers for me. However it tends to emphasize under eye fine lines and I need to wear a super long wearing eyeliner (or cover with she-lac) for it not to run into the concealer. Everything else mineral and otherwise covers for the moment but wears off or just doesnt cut it.

I was out of concealer and used my urban decay primer potion and it worked better than most concealers I've used especially in the under eye area. It sucks though because the changed it from a wand to just a tube and it's not as good.

I use the little pot of concealer that Neutrogena sells; it's got great coverage, last forever, blends easily (for day), and then I set it with the "Bright Eyes" under-eye mineral powder from bareMinerals and the All Nighter setting spray from Urban Decay for work or clubbing.. it will keep your make-up set through an all night rave; best investment I've ever made.

I use Benefit concealer and I love it!
I used to use Benefit from Sephora it was about 25$, it covers very well but I found it over powering my skin tone. I have an oily skin on my T-zone, so it came off quickly and I put on powder on top even. I found it too strong and noticable.
Now I used Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Concealer, its about 10$, it covers great. It doesnt break me out nor does it come off. Its more light weight, but that is why you can always re-apply it. Cover in one swipe is good! Im only using this one now.

I wish they sold Illamasqua at my local Sephora store. I can't order online, because my parents' think I'm a shopping addict, so I have to sneak whatever I buy, which is impossible if I order online. I'm pretty sure Illamasqua is the only foundation that would give the coverage that I like. Whenever I use my Revlon colorstay foundation, I have to use 2 or 3 layers because of skin redness and it ends up looking a bit cakey. If someone knows a really hgih coverage foundation that they sell in-store Sephora, then let me know. I liked the Laura Mercier, but it wasn't long lasting.
