    Default Anyone else use Alterna?

So I gave Aveda a shot recently..... and I think I'm going back to my old stand by Alterna!

I have yet to find any shampoo or conditioner that can come close to the Alterna Caviar Moisturizing Shampoo/Conditioner (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...1M00TZQAR3R7ZJ)

Name something you want your shampoo/conditioner to do and this does it. My hair is thick, full, silky, balanced, is hydrated WITH volume, ZERO tangles, this does it all. And I've tried sooo many other lines, including Pureology, Oribe, Shu Uemura, almost all of the different Kerastase lines, etc. Name one, I've probably used it!

I did love how clarifying the Brilliant shampoo/conditioner from Aveda is, so I will continue to alternate that out with this line.

Also, I received a sample of the Alterna Bamboo Kendi Oil Dry Mist, and ended up purchasing it. It's amazing! Not chock full of silicones or heavy at all, your hair drinks it all up! I used it on my extensions as well for heat protection and to make them less coarse and fried, and it works amazingly! It really softens them and it absorbs so well, it's unbelievable. It has no officially replaced my Aquage Beyond Shine.

Does anybody else use Alterna and can recommend some good products for me?

You can say that again.. not just on here but men in general. Guys are so damn lame, the only way they can halfway make up for it is by opening their wallets.

I didn't like alterna I used the caviar and the hydrating. They made my hair too flat. Since my hair is highlight lowlight I look for something to give me thickness, volume and something that will keep my color vibrant the longest. I used pureology nano for a year and loved it but all pureology products have too much protein and I started getting breakage after a while. I now use biolage delicate care but I'm looking to change since my hair is getting use to it. I've probably already run through everything out there I don't want protein in what I use. Maybe I'll try the morocian oil shampoo/ cond I've heard good things about it.

No, but I'm interested in it! I was looking @ one of their prod. in an orange bottle or the product was orange, I think a sun protectant for your hair.

Ever tried PhilipB? http://philipb.com I'm going to order a couple things, they have sample sizes too.
