I got crease, nipple cutting freaks me out and my nipples are fairly small.
Im happy I picked crease incisions, there are many benefits crease vs. nipples... I dont remember them all but research that.
Im at 9 months and my PS used dissolvable stitches, I only used vit E for a month and havnt since. No one can notice them even when I point them out, I have to lift my boobs to and show them with my fingers for people to figure it out. If you'd like picture of the incision scars currently PM me![]()

Mine was crease incicion. They don't usually do nipple over here unless they are having an uplift as well. My scars were quite red to begin with but they have faded loads in 3 months. Bio oil and cocoa butter help![]()

I have crease and I wouldn't have risked armpit or nipple. Im a crazy hypochondriac and both those areas are breeding grounds for bacteria. One side is very tiny now about 1cm and the other is more noticeable maybe 3cm because I rejected one of my dissolvable stitches on that side. Most guys say "oh wow I can't see a scar at all". I don't know if they are just saying that cause I can see it but guess thats cause I know where it is. Im sure in another year it will be totally faded though. Im really white and my scars generally take 3+ years to disappear totally. If you want Ill try an post a pic of my scar in the next day or two when I get a chance.
Mine is crease. I would get the same placement again, for sure. The scar isn't perfect looking, but its also very well hidden. When girls at work find out my boobs are fake they always assume I went through the belly button or something. Then I stand under the light, lift up my skin and my boob and point to my scar. You really can't see it at all.
Sometimes I wish I would have gone through the nipple and gotten an areola reduction, but that doesn't seem like an issue for you. A crease incision is easy to take care of and unnoticeable as soon as your boobs drop. Plus if you do have bad scarring, its covered up. If you go through the nipple, a bad scar wouldn't be hidden.

I'm going to get mine done in the crease. I really feel like its the best option. Even DRs have told me in consultations that you you have the best odds for symmetry (and lowering complications later on, breasts too close/far apart, etc.) when you go through the crease.
I've seen quite a few girls who have done crease, and theirs, by far, look the most natural, and they all seem pretty happy with them.
Have you decided on a DR yet?

I got a crease incision and am very happy with my results. With the crease incision the implants are pretty much right where you want them to be. They don't have far to drop. If you have a good dr then he'll make sure your scars end up right in the crease and not on your breast. You can't see my scars unless I lift up my arms and even then they are a very light pink. I just put some stick concealer on them and you can't even see them!

Here's a pic of one of my incisions at 8 weeks. I'm just over 3 months post op now and they have faded loads![]()

Heres 2 photos of mine after 1 year. One lifting up so you can see the other with my arms up to show that you really can't see. When my arms are down its covered. I do put makeup on it though cause its actually lighter than my skin.

I got my BA end of last December and although I went in set on armpit or bellybutton incision, the doctor talked me into crease incision. I'm very glad he did. The placement is much more precise and no one ever knows where my scars are unless I literally lift up my boobs and point to the scars. I'm caucasian and the scars have almost completely faded to very light/white thin lines. I would definitely recommend this incision (especially because I didn't lose any sensitivity or feeling in my breasts which was super important to me).

I went with aerola incision just because I couldn't stand my dinner plates -_-

Here I added a few pictures of my incision cut Im at 10 months now

I also want to add that my friend went in through the armpit and we both got ours done in April and hers are sitting way up high still. They look very oblong :/ I think crease or areola is the way to go because the implants are so close to where they should be.

thank you all for sharing your pics! i have crease incision and mine look about the same. unfortunately mine aren't exactly in my crease, they are a little bit higher and on the bottom of my boob... oh well. i'm just happy to have boobs.
i also know a girl who got underarm incisions and she has no visible scars but the shape of her boobs are awful... very oblong as wellthe best shaped fake boobies i've seen have been crease incisions

jessie, you are tiny like me. how many ccs did you do?

^ I have 350cc theyre 32DD. Think I got a little more size cause I have dual plane so not total unders. I have an oddly small rib cage. I was definitely pear shaped before lol.

I think a lot of girls' crease incision scars are on the actual breast. I think its hard for the doctor to determine how far down the implant will drop and fluff. Its better for the incision to be too high (on the breast) than too low (visibly showing on the exposed skin under the breast). I've noticed that some girls don't drop and fluff much or at all really, and others drop and fluff a lot. It seems like its more genetics (skin/muscle) that determine all of that.
^ I asked my PS for a natural look but a good reasonable size (I went with 325 mod plus silcone, started with 32A ended up with 32DD) My PS told me NOT to massage, I didn't touch my boobs fully till 2-3 months. I only massaged them maybe 5 times in total within 3 months and havn't since, and mine look natural, but he also made a good sized breast pocket which I guess counted in how much they would drop.

The reason they put the incision slightly above the crease is so if u are wearing a bikini and it creeps up the scar won't show. Most docs put it 1cm away from the crease.

^ I only massage one of mine. One dropped straight away so I never touch that one. The other I massage 2x a day still. Hehe

^ just follow what ur PS says tempest. Every doc has their own method and will
know what's best for you.
