-In upscale places, I haven't seen that yet.
-In one small neighborhood club, the manager that was auditioning me was writing down EVERYTHING I did on stage, and the way I looked (e.g. "medium sized boobs'', ''decent ass/legs'', ''good pole ability'', "tattoos, if any" etc.) as if I was in a contest. I later asked him if I was auditioning for Scores in NY or for one of those larger Vegas club for him to be writing down EVERYTHING. He later said that he was writing down for the next management meeting that is used to hire new girls. Wait, what?

^lol that's crazy.
I've had a much more difficult time getting hired at chain clubs...both neighborhood and kinda upscale (I don't consider any of the clubs in my town "upscale" but there are some decent ones). Usually it's "Fill out the paper work and we'll call you" or "We're not hiring right now."
The solo clubs on the other hand....bring your ID, dancerbag and get to work ASAP! I've never NOT been hired on the spot at a sans-chain club.
