OOOH, I see it now. Yeah, I haven't broadcasted since very early Thursday morning so that explains why I missed it. Lol, I wonder why tech support told me that iModel users just got a pop-up. Funny.
What I don't understand is:
Performer Fraud is when a user approaches you to participate in a fraud scheme, typically with stolen credit cards. Users may promise tips and private shows in exchange for "kick-backs" or payment. Be warned that this is criminal activity.
Performer Fraud also includes anyone who knowingly, accepting tips, private shows, spy shows, etc. with users who intend to refund or "chargeback" his credit card transactions after the fact.
Any independent performer sending payment to another user by definition is engaged in Performer Fraud.
Who the hell would agree to give a member a kick-back KNOWING that we are no longer protected by chargebacks? I'm sure it happened a lot before when they still covered us, but now? Has anyone on here ever even had a member make that kind of offer? I certainly have not. The fishiest thing I ever saw was that "LEGITACCOUNTS" guy trying to sell naked accounts with credits on them last week, which I already reported, and he didn't give me any money, anyway.
I think the only thing I'm worried about with this is if the customer tells us something fishy *after* the fact. I've never had anyone be stupid enough to tell me they're using someone else's card or account, but with the type of members this site attracts I guess you never know? But then in that case I'd block and report them and naked could just review the chat logs to see timeline of everything so I suppose I shouldn't worry.
I do think it's shitty that models can't send other models tips. Wtf? I don't get how that is "fraud."
