    Default Pole workouts?

Does anyone have any pole workouts put together for at home exerciser? I know dancing alone is very demanding , But has anyone developed a actual exercise routine on the pole?

I don't know what part of TX you're in, but Austin has a pole-dancing studio called Brass Ovaries that is kick-ass. Even if you only make it a few times, they can give you a pretty good set of work-outs to do at home (if you've got a pole) or before work.

^lmao "brass ovaries" !? That's an awesome studio name.

My routine usually goes like this: 1. stretch 2. simple pole spins and inverts for a few minutes to warm up the pole and my skin. 3. practice a specific trick or dance for 10min+. 4. stretch (sometimes I skip this one).

The actual dance routine varies by what I'm practicing at the moment. Repitition bores me
